I ordered the Loki Beauty Ring from Vaper Venue and the Provari Ring #2 from gr-modders and both of them flop around. My IBTanked standard - the only tank I have right now, Valley Vape tank is coming - isn't screwing all the way down flush and holding them in place ...there's probably a mm of play. Is this normal? Is this a ring issue or an IBTanked issue? It seems like every picture I've ever seen of either of these 2 rings with an IBTanked tank, they appear to sit flush. Is this something I need to get that air flow adapter to fix?

It's normal. I have three rings (I lost my original one, then found it after getting two more), from two different manufacturers. All three are loose; obviously there's no threading to secure them. They merely sit over the Provari's cone and are only held in place by the juice delivery device. If you are using a cartomizer with a flange, the flange may be causing that 1 mm gap you see.

That is an inherent issue with the Provari, due to its top cap configuration and a fixed center pin, if you are seeking a totally flush fit with a comfortable draw.

My #2 Kir Fanis ring from Gr-Modder fits the best with my OCD tanks. However, with the tank pushed completely down, it affords a medium draw, so to speak. I use a different ring for my Kayfuns or I have removed the top o-ring on my Hippo for an excellent cap to device fit.

Loki Lab offers a ring and a tank with air slots at the bottom cap. That is probably the best option for the provari with regard to a carto tank.

Iv been thinking of drilling a couple of air holes in my pro-ring and see if that opens up the draw with the tank flush.
Thanks for the update, I'v been impatiently checking Atmistique every few hours to see if it's up yet.

That is what Vaperfexion does to their Pro V2 tanks. There are 3 holes in the skirt.
