See the crock pot's on high. What's for supper?:D

Tonight we have some cubed pork, basil, snap peas, baby bella mushrooms, baby carrots, a clove of garlic and shredded radishes smothered in Marzetti ranch veggie dip. Yum!

LOOKS scary, though.
Excellent! :D
Yes, I agree.

Whatever you had in that crockpot the other day smelled pretty darn good

You've got to show off your ingenious Foreman grill grease collection contraption too :)

I've lived in apartments that were not as comfortable/functional as your truck, and some not much bigger as well.

Be glad your not through Jax today, raining cats and dogs at the moment.

God speed good sir :)

That was cubed chuck beef, a garlic clove, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, baby carrots, baby bella mushrooms, chives, shredded radishes and some Emerils essence.

Happy to oblige...

When I cook on the grill, the grease empties into the bottle.

When I cook in the slow cooker, it's in a bag. I remove the bag, cut a little slit and it drains into the bottle.

When the bottle gets full, I put the cap back on discard and replace with a new bottle.
For steeping juice, right?
Suuuuuure.[emoji14]

This is what the Crock pot looks like when she's doing her dirty magic...

She's bolted down of course. The straps and towel help to keep the mess in check.

And of course there's the Crock pot bags I cut in half to use twice. Those and baby wipes make it all possible.

You never know what's behind closed doors. A friend of mine manages a storage complex where several businesses rent large units to operate from.

I was helping do some work on a unit when a guy that owned a business came by and asked us to look at repairing something for him. The business name was Dark Horse Racing and when he opened up the garage style door there was an all original black GT40 sitting there that he was in the process of restoring :hubba:

Dinner looks great, how's the weather holding out for you?

So far so good. I'm back at the truck stop I stayed in yesterday for a shower. Had to help load furniture in Miami where I got that pic of the Land Rover. I sweated like a stuck rotisseried pig.

I need to be environmentally friendly soon or I might stink myself out of the truck.[emoji38]

Leaving Miami in rush hour already was a road block in its own right today.

Driving in Miami is taking your life in your hands. There must be a law there that to make a left turn you have to be in the right lane and vice versa

And 70 mph signs mean choose to 45 or 85. No other options. And stick to it at all costs. Everyone else be damned.

Grease collection accomplished.

I keep thinking...

If this weren't sitting around rotting...

After skimming the cholesterol from the top...

It would make an amazing au jus and marinade.

Be great for a food saver marinade tub.
