The provari mini has an optional extention cap allowing the use of a larger battery (18490). If you vape a lot, or want to have longer battery life, get this option.

I use up a single 18490 battery per day.

Currently, I have a Phiniac tank on top of the Provari. I have small kids also (one 20 months, one 12 days) so durability was important. Phiniac has a series of drop/torture tests here: http://phiniac.com/video.php

It is reassuring to see the beating these tanks take. I really would be upset if my tank full of nicotine juice somehow broke and injured one of my kids.

Plus, the tanks do look cool. I bought one of the textured ones myself.

Typed on my mobile. Please excuse typos.

I love my ProVari, but I am really using my bolt with a kick as well as my bombshell stinger...also kicked. For convenience, the bolt is easy to carry around and works great with a sr single coil carto in a tank. The stinger is a beast, but it is a big boy. I still use my provari daily, but I am having a blast with the kick (ahhh-see what I did there?).
