Been over 2 weeks still no delivery

Does anyone know how long delivery takes to Canada? Its been over 2 weeks since I ordered, got shipping confirmation right away but still nothing shows up on when checking tracking. Says no information on my tracking numbers.

In my experience when you get a shipping notice and go to the site to check tracking and nothing is showing up, that means that they have printed the label for shipping.. but not actually shipped yet. I would call whoever the supplier is that you ordered from and ask what exactly is going on. Possibly they misplaced your order, or simply forgot to ship it. But like serpent said e-juices do get caught up in customs... So hopefully the shipment your referring to is a e-cig device only

I ordered from green house one, the order was shipped in two packages with 2 tracking numbers, they separated the juice. I found out after I ordered about customs might turn away the juice from posts in this forum. I since ordered juice from within canada and already have it. I will check with green house like you suggest it should be in canada by now I would think.

I just checked green house ones website and there is no way to contact them, you click on contact and loops you to company info and stuff about having the best warranty. I should have checked them out more first, I didnt because they were recommended by a friend. Oh well live and learn.

Greenhouse One is in China so I wouldn't expect shipping to be very fast. But two weeks sounds like enough time. They have great prices but having to get all the way from China kept me away from them. I hope you get your package soon.

From USA to Canada can take 2 weeks easy, so from China, I could see it taking longer.....could be another week or 2, who knows! I hope you get your package soon though!!

Placed an order with GH1 for an Ego-T on January 21st and am still waiting. Noticed on their website shortly after ordering that they were going to be closed for a while on account of the Chinese New Year. Don't know if that's a factor. I'll let you know when my order arrives.

In the future I plan on using them to save money on bulk supplies and will probably stay local on my gotta-have-its. Not really their fault as they did say Registered Airmail could take 30-45 days when I ordered. Just assumed that was a gross over-estimate based on having gotten other electronics from HK in a week. Live and Learn. If you could post when your order arrives I would greatly appreciate it.
