Great forum BTW! So I have been vaping since the new year. I started on the Joye 510's and have loved them. I recently decided to take the plunge to the tank system, preferably the Ego C. I have researched the pros and cons and still would like to go with the Ego C. My question is, IYHO's, would you prefer the type A system with the cone shape that holds 1ml, or the type B system with the cylinder shape that holds 2ml?

I am ordering through Cignot which I have come to find out is a GREAT site. They have the option for the low resistance or regular resistance. They also have the option to order the upgrade where you can control the power of the battery. What are your opinions? :)

Get the upgrade battery. The extra few tenths of a volt makes a significant difference and the eGo's weak spot has always been their lame battery output.

Do yourself a favor and also pick up a clearomizer and/or cartomizer or two. The odds are extremely high you'll be getting some anyway and you might as well have them on hand so you don't have to make a special order when you get tired of fighting with that tank system. Might be next week. Might be next month. Might be in 3 months. But you WILL use them.

Great advice, i hadn't considered that before, but after looking up the prices on them, I would have to be living under a rock not to get them!

Hey Yamaha,

The eGo C Type B Twist has an easier wicking system than the eGo C Type A. It's wire mesh, easy to make, and easy to clean without breaking it all up. That is a factor I believe in looking at longer-term solutions to pleasant vaping experiences.

I chain vape, and only clean-burn the coil and wick once a week. Burned taste is inevitable after cleaning the wick, so give it an hour of random dry hits before expecting consistency.

I got an ego-c type a starter kit myself for my first step in vaping. The tanks are a viable way to vape but the hassle of juice loss and lack of flavor put me off of them. I agree with sailorman completely and I'd say after your first set of ego-c atomizers and tanks you should get yourself some CE3 clearomizers. They are pretty amazing and easy to clean with very little juice loss, if any, after you get the process of using them down.

Oh, and type B is the way to go.
