Here is what I use

1. EGO 650mah passthru'
2. EGO 1100mah battery
3. Boge LR cartos (At work)
4. Joye LR attys (at home)
5. Drip tips

Commets/Suggestions?

Wanting to try out a mod soon, so I will be lurking around more and learning more

I charge the 1100 overnight and take them to work (for a spare I have 2 old 510 batteries always in my backpack)

I have never once had to bust out my backups.

Once I am home the 1100 goes back on the charger and I rock the passthru'

So i am not sure how much they last beyond 12 hours (8 hrs work - sometimes upto an hour late working + 3 hrs commute)

If you are looking iinto buying a tube mod I would suggest looking at Ace of Vapes. It is a small company and not really well known I just happen to run across them and went lurking on their site. I bought a really nice tube mod called the blue crush. It is really nice has given me no trouble whatsoever. The owner is very nice too and if you have any questions she goes above and beyond to answer them. When you get ready to graduate from a tube mod to a box mod I would definately look no further than a reo mini or grand. I got the mini beucase I have small hands and this device is perfect. It is a little expensive but if you want quality the price can't be beat and Robert will do everything he can to see that you are satisfied with his product

I've been using standard 650mah egos and I would consider myself a light to moderate vaper. I would be a heavy vapor, but the twins are only a year old, so I have to put it down to take care of them while I'm at home. I've been very happy with the charge on my egos only having to charge every 2-3 days. I just purchased a 3.7v box mod from madvapes (they lowered the price of their kit to 39.99!) This kit is awesome, you can't beat the value. I really didn't need another PV, but hey, while I have the money (thanks to this wonderful government we have.. lol) I figured, I better get my fill while I can. When you get to the box mod stage, this bad boy might be a good fit. I REALLY wanted a hotbox from aceofvapes, but they are dealing the FDA right now and literally have NOTHING in stock :(

Good for you...this is a great place to learn what others are favoring, and what others dont like. That said, you will still have to choose between mods, attys, carts, tanks etc....I went off the deep end and bought about 20 or so mods, and all the supplys that go along with that inventory, also the DIY stuff for juice making. About $2500 worth of stuff. However I can now tell you that I have several favorites...lol. My most recent favorite is the Grip, sold here on this forum by sweetvapes, and my trusty Silver Bullet is never far from my reach. I tried 6volt vaping and VV vaping, but 3.7 with a great atty or cart, dual coil preferred, is my favorite. You can take a look at my mods on my profile or for more of my stuff look at my blog VaperStation

The best advice is to stop lurking/looking. You'll end up mortgaging your house to pay for your new habit/hobby. You might end up like me. I'm looking around my apt for things to sell so I can buy more, more, more....

Hi and welcome to ECF! It sounds like you're doing pretty well in the PV/accessories department. If you're looking at a mod, but don't know where to turn then you might want to look at The Mod Buyer's Guide.

I agree. It is the largest selection of Mods that I've found and where I found my first Mod. Still anxiously waiting for the mailman.
