Lets get right down to it 901 is/was my very first e-cig I can taste the flavor but the down side is that I had to go upwards to 24 and eventually to 36mg to achieve the throat hit and the vapor production I was looking for. Not really helping me with the quit nicotine thing. Its handy its small and looks like the real cig. I would normally get 1 hour of heavy vaping b4 I need to change batts. After about an hour of vaping in 24-36mg nic it leaves an after taste in my mouth, I really don't care for that.
when I started vaping I thought it was gonna be like smoking as it turns out there is a method to the madness you have to take slow drags and this so true with the 901, if you drag hard some of the juice will end up in your mouth and being new at this I had to conform to the MOM.
Then I came across the e-cigar

Better battery life than the 901, massive cart and no early cut off and no switch for long drags. It just fits right between my index finger, thumb, and middle finger. Weight is medium light just like holding a heavy pen. I like the tapered mouthpiece, it just feels right to me. The cleaning mode was a nice addition no more soaking the attys, to me thats a convenient feature.
Cold atty was a bust though good vapor production and throat hit can be achieve once you get the atty hot enough but with a small battery, it shortens the vaping time, b4 you know it you have to changing batteries again, easy fix buy more batteries.
But then I tried dialing down the nic content and I was back to square one, can't achieve the throat hit and vapor production that I was looking for.
I'm a heavy vaper and I like taking long and deep drags I finally achieved this when I switch to the e-cigar but not with its trade off. The carts are always wet and this is regular normal carts no mods and no tricked out carts.
And the search goes on for the PV that will suite my needs.
