I am planning on starting up with DIY juice and am getting a little overwhelmed by the amount of searching required to find some beginner friendly recipes as I would assume other beginners have as well. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get a compilation of some simple beginner friendly recipes 3 flavours or less from some mixers and mixmasters (if that doesn't offend them) to help ease the transition and limit the research for simple recipes. I apologize if there is a thread similar to this already.

I just started myself but I found countless recipes on here. I also found more at this site:

http://www...................../

I've been using http://www.steam-engine.org/juice.asp for a calculator

My simple startup kit consisted of:

Syringes 1,3,5,10ml 3ea with blunts ebay $7
Beakers glass 50,100,250ml ebay $7
gloves 100pr $10 amazon
Nicbase I got from Carolina Extraction (highly recommend)
PG VG, flavors, and bottles I needed at bullcityvapor

I spent around $75 for my easy startup kit and a 1yr supply of eliquid supplies.

No problem. What i think your really asking is providing you with good standalones/single flavor main modified with two personal preferences.
It would help if you tell us what single/standalone main flavor you would like and how you want to personalize it within the two personalizations.
Single mains could mean chocolate, Custard, Vanilla, fruit, bakery etc..
Personalize could mean creamy, custard like ,sweet, nutty, tangy, hot, buttery etc..

Example: You could say Sweet candy like chocolate recipe.

Custard
12% cap vanilla custard V1
2% cap French vanilla
2% cap sweet cream

Let steep for a month (yes a month) and Shazam tasty. Infinitely changeable with addition of whatever you like such as strawberry or blueberry or a little tobacco.

I make this 400mls at a time. Usually I add Carmel or fa cookie or some tfa vanilla swirl.

I am more aimed towards helping other beginner diy'ers in the future as well as myself. Plan is to get a couple buddies from work (vapers) to help with initial startup cost and experiment and obviously succeed in finding recipe's/techniques that don't work (if I may paraphrase eddison), while still having something that has been tweeked to the acceptable range for an adv.
