@Mustang, I don't know about all of Europe, but regarding B&M shops, pickings are slim in Germany... We have the cruddy cheap kits, but I have yet to see anything even relatively advanced here... From what I gather, it's pretty much the same in the US, though... I do know at least one local that has a twist, but he ordered it online...
