And am wondering what are the best batteries available? as I would like to buy a 2nd set. I assume that any 18650 battery will charge in the charger included in the apollo kit?

Thanks in advance I am very looking forward to my first VV device, as I am sure I will like it a lot better than the volt 808 battery with vision startdust clearos.

NGIB is right, orbtronic has great 18650's for like $7.99 each and free shipping. You want the panasonic high drain IMR 18650 (flat top). Bet way to go. You should also consider investing in a better charger in case the one you have now dies (the ones in most kits are pretty cheap)

I think that you need this batteries CGR18650CH Panasonic 18650 Li-Mn-Li-ion CGR18650CH High Drain 10A Rechargeable IMR Hybrid Battery Cell with the flat top.

Thanks everyone for your posts, My lavatube is at home waiting for me when I get home tomorrow, unfortuntly for me I dont think any clearos that will fit it or the adapters I ordered wont arrive until teusday... the wait is going to kill me
