I've fallen victim to completely filling a cartomizer or clearomizer with juice only to find that it sucks. Alternatively, I've dripped on this little atomizer I have, but it has remnants of past juices in every hit. I've heard you can clean the atomizers, but it's a lengthy process (mostly just time consuming).

Is there any good, cheap way to taste test juices without having to buy a lot of (and waste a lot of) equipment?

Part of it is learning how to use that little atomizer to test juice. To start with put that precious drop of a new flavor directly on the coil, and it will be what you taste. Learn to recognize when it's time to blow the atty out to get rid of the juice build up. Understanding which types of flavors will linger and which ones won't only comes from experience. It's kinda like tasting wines, you need to learn what order to test flavors in.

Could you tell me a little more about the signs of this? I have a feeling it applies to me, but would love more information! Thank you!

I'm in the same boat. I'm still looking for an atomizer to put a few drops and see if I like it. I was even thinking about buying a bunch of EVOD BBC and just put in less than 1ml in each....then soak/clean with hot water and Everclear.....I found them dirt cheap online. $2.50 each in bulk.
