Best Atty at 6v?

What, in your opinion, is the best atty to vape with at 6 volts? I'm not interested in the hv attys. I went to 6 volts because it gives me the throat hit that I need, and from my understanding, the HV attys would make a 6 volt mod act like 4 volts.

I started with the 510s. They are all right. I think the higher voltage brings out the flavor with them. I am using the be112's right now, and I really like them. This atty is in my opinion a workhorse.

My problem is this, when I got my order from madvapes.com, I got a bonus of 2 901 battery connectors. I don't have any 901's. Would it be worth it to me to order a couple 901 attys and put together a rca mod? Or should I just stick with the be112?

i use a 901 and didnt have very good luck when i made a 5v mod, so i would not recommend using one at 6v. i ended up scrapping the 5v box and switched back to my nicostick

Use one of the 4.5 ohm atomizers that nhaler is carrying, they are specced specifically to produce 5v wattage at 6 volts, and the 510 will give you a much, much better throat hit than the be112.

Edit: 510 only, no help on the 901s, sorry.

A 4.5 ohm atty will give 8 watts at 6 volts so should be comparable to a 510 at 4.2 volts or an 801 at 5.2 volts. A 510 atty at 6 volts takes around 16 watts so I'd suspect it would burn out rather quickly. The power taken by an atty varies with the square of the voltage.

My 901 atty is 3.4 ohm so the power at 3.7V is about 4 watts; I have a 5.2v power adapter that i use on the 901 atty, so the power is about 9 watts. The 901 gives a great throat hit at 9 watts.

BE 901 attys from best e-cig are wonderful IMO at 6v.... i've yet to blow one except for one time when a short in a mod caused the batteries to overheat and the atty died later that night.

the BE 112 (801 compatible) is one prefered by MANY HV VAPERS..

Rick from atmosusa thinks the rn4081 is a great little rugged atomizer for 6v vaping. Considering he's selling the 6v copper mod and recommending them on his website, he's kind of putting his money (reputation) where his mouth is. But I don't think there's a 510 to rn4081 adapter.
