Since you have a Provari, I would go with a standard resistance atty (2-2.5ohm). I would say bridgeless, as they are easier to clean out if you want to change flavors. Some people say 306s have the best flavor, and the most popular 306 attys are the cisco-spec and ikenvape's i06. I have an i06 that I enjoy, but I mainly use 510s. There really is no 'best' atty, the best one is the one that is best to you. Only way to find out is to try different kinds out. There is the HH357 and the AVA atomizers, which may be considered the 'best', but they are $22 and $40-50, respectively.
