Well now, getting further along with the GYRFalcon, I'm finding it's not charging my batteries to 4.2v as the readout indicates. Checking the battery on a digital meter they are showing only 4.16-4.17v. I have to put the batteries on one of my older chargers to finish off to 4.2v. What's up with that? Any suggestions?

I can't remember the source, but I was told that this is called "settling." The battery is fully charged, but even just a few moments after releasing it from the charger the chemical goo inside settles down a bit.
If it were me, I wouldn't worry about a few hundredths of a volt. Even if the settling thing is correct, 0.04v may be explained by the charger's variability as well as that of the battery.
