sorry to ask but a i need a question answered pretty quickly if i can

about 2 hrs ago i ordered a variable voltage ego 900mah from vapehut
I FORGOT TO ORDER A CHARGER
now im at work and vapehut is blocked from my computer
i called them and am awaiting a return call

i need a charger to be plugged into the wall, NOT A USB CHARGER.

ive been told that some chargers can cause the ego to overcharge and even explode

which model charger should i get

i can ask vaporhuts cust service but would rather have the advice of people here first, perhaps vapor hut doesnt carry a safe wall charger and might try to sell me something else.

thank you

hoping i get a good reply before they call back

thanks

I don't know why you don't want a usb charger. That's the only type currently on the market. The only thing you can change is whether it's plugged in the wall, your car, or in your computer. To get it to plug in the wall or car you need a usb wall/car adapter.

Anything with a regulated 2 amp is required. Standard usb ports on computers have 2 amps. Most wall/car chargers have 2 amps.

I have two kinds of wall chargers--one that I bought for my ego, and one that I already had for my Zune. Both work equally well.
I don't have any car chargers, but again. Most usb-car chargers are 2 amps.

Make sure your adapter is 2 amps. If you can't find that info or it says anything else, don't get it.

See my above post, this is what they call the product you're looking for on their site.

Product Code: JOYE EGO_CHARGER COMBO
This combo charging unit is sold in the Joye Ego kit. It is a 420 mAH rapid charging cable designed to be used in a USB port on the computer. It can also be attached to the AC adapter for charging in the wall. In this combo kit, you get the convenience of both! Do not use this cable to charge the Joye 510 batteries. It is too powerful, and will damage them.
