Best bulk Nicotine and PG prices?

Hello Awesome vaping people!

I am looking to purchase 36mg or or 48mg nicotine liquid in 1 Liter or bigger sizes depending on the price as well as 1 Liter or bigger Propylene Glycol.
I have a local source for VG so I can avoid the shipping costs on that particular item, but I am hoping someone with recent knowledge can point me in a couple of good directions to continue my research.
So far it is looking like approximately $80 right now with shipping just for the nicotine. Can anyone beat that?

In theory you can get a gallon of USP PG from tractor supply for 20.99. You may want to check availability though. And tell them you use it in soap stuff if they give you the 5th degree.
