A friend of mine is really, really interested in trying an ecigarette. He says what he wants is something that tastes like Camel Lights -- as close to it as he can find. He's had two heart attacks in the last year and his doctor said he needs to quit (and has okayed him to try nicotine replacement therapy, and offered him a prescription of the Nicotrol inhaler).

What is the best product you've found to taste like a Camel Light?

(Thanks mods for moving to more appropriate forum)

The PG Camel from VfL taste pretty good and somewhat Camelish (tastes better in fact!) and that's coming from an ex-Camel smoker.

I don't mean to make this any harder for you, Moriah, but I had the exact opposite reaction as Animus (which is not all that unusual when it comes to flavor reviews on the forum!). I smoked Camel Lights for about 20 years, and the first juice I ever tried was the Camel from V4L as well... and to this date, it's the only juice I tossed in the trash, I disliked it so much. I did like their French Pipe liquid, though, and I also got the Tobacco Sampler cartos from V4L and have enjoyed their Parliament and Virginia... but I would have to agree with what most of the people here have already said... even the flavors I like - while they have a tobacco-y taste - they don't taste like cigarettes. I think the very fact that there is no combustion and no smoke makes it near impossible to replicate the taste of a traditional cigarette... and subsequently pull off an accurate imitation of a particular brand. But there are definitely tasty tobacco flavors out there to be had... unfortunately, it sometimes requires a lot of trial and error. I think the best bet for your friend would be to buy a tobacco sampler pack. Hope this helps.
