Best Carto Tank?

+1 on IB Tanked. You can spend a lot more if you'd like to, but these are my day-to-day go to tanks.
Another vote for IBTanked, although I haven't tried any others, but I see no reason to.

The only ones I've tried so far are IBTanked. It appears that they've cornered the ECF market. I've also looked at Phiniac tanks, but they seemed to cost more .
The best carto tank I've ever used is the the Salt n Pepper carto tank. Domovapor is the US authorized retailer. They are perfect carto tanks. It's all I use and I have several different highend carto tanks. Really fast and easy to fill, never leaks and hold the carto tight.
I don't think a tank matters besides it being glass or plastic and your juice. I have an IBT though. 
My choice is IBT. I just ordered my first one tonight so we shall see how I like them. Right now I am using Iclear 30s and Protank 2 on my Provari but I don't believe I've found my perfect topper yet. Hopefully IBT will be it and in that case I will be stocking up on them.
I tend to favor my AGR+ myself. May actually pick up another soon.

The tank of a Carto/Tank setup is very important. A crappy tank can ruin a carto vape pretty quickly!!! A good seal around the carto, tight fitting end caps, and durability mark a great carto tank from a POS tank. A bad seal can flood a carto. Loose O-rings can leat to accidents and spills.
I own 3 IBTanked tanks....the best buy for the most quality out there.
I own 2 Vaporev tanks Black Rev Tank - Accessories Great quality, but they are only available in 1 size (diameter) and 2 glass types. They are a little more pricy than the IBTs
I also own 2 of the cheap Smoketek Pyrex tanks, they work, but they fit my cartos kind of loose, so spills can occur if you are not careful.
I have a 4 or 5 others which I don't have links to, which are hand blown and look cool, but are a fit funky. I bought them at Vape meets and vape shops.

I have 3 CartoTanks in rotation:
1 IB tanked - this is an awesome tank made by a great small american owned company - can't say enough good things about it
1 Boge F16 tank - Although not glass, this tank has great seals and vapes amazingly
1 Boge F16 V2 (Glass) - this tank is HUGE and holds a gallon (not really) of liquid. the XL cartos don't quite reach the top of the tank; but has good pressure for wicking juice into the carto.
I've had good experience with all 3; when the carto is primed properly
