Best cartomizer setup these days?

So i have an rx200 and a temple rda but i stopped using it. Ive been using the vuse ecigs from the gas station. They're small and easy to charge but im spending way to much money. I don't want any tank setups. Im looking for a cartomizer that i can fill myself and something thats relatively small. I know the technology has come pretty far since i used these last.

Any recommendations? I'll need a battery and charger setup too.

I don't know much about any of them but maybe something in a pod mod style? There's a whole subforum about those types of setups and I know some of them are refillable.

The cartomizer is very old tech. Haven't seen anything new in those in years.

Is this auto or manual?
1.2 mg/ml.? 50 beans? Wouldn't buy at all.
There must be better,, i remember Vuse 24mg with manual fire. Pretty good back in late 2011 or so..
