the cheapest I have seen are from eastmall, however they are the hard tip. I prefer the ones with the soft tip, it is removable so you can just drop 20-30 drops of juice in the end and replace the tip.

With the hard tips, you have to use the condom fill method.

Either way, it's between 5 and 10 dollars for 5, depending on retailer.

Who sells the best filled and blank cartomizers? And who has the best at the least amount of money?
Thanks
510 I'm talking about

welcome fellow Texan

Ikenvape has the best price (other than sales) that I have found on the 510 cartos. They have the removable caps so very easy to refill.

I personally recommend steering clear of buying prefilled....the variety and consistency of juice is not very good.

Do yourself a favor, if you haven't already, and check out Value Vapor (he's in Austin)......limited stock but excellent prices on what he carries, and I would think your quickest option should you find yourself in a bind.

If you find yourself with the hard tips that are glued in (some hard tips pop right out just like the soft ones), all it takes is a dunking in boiling water for about 20 seconds (the capped end only) to loosen the glue......then pop it right out, clean it up good and you're good to go for refilling

EDIT: and EM has good prices, but the shipping charges and wait from China are usually prohibitive unless you make a very large order.

I tend to do the direct opposite. I like to buy prefilled because they are usualy about the same price as blanks. Sometimes cheaper.

If the pre-filled juice tastes good, Great. Free juice. And it it doesn't, I flush the carto out with warm water and put my own in it.

For blank cartos, I like the ones that vaporkings.com sells. Or at least the ones they were selling the last time I ordered. They have a very light draw which I like becasue I can adjust them by plugging one of the side holes with a tooth pick.

Some cartos have a hard draw and they are not so easy, if even possible, to be made easier.

I'm curious about this as well, who has the best soft tip for a decent price? And all soft tips are refillable right? I've read nothing but good reviews about cartos and would like to order some along with my start kit.

All cartos are refillable. Soft tip ones just happen to be a little easier. I would diffinately recomend that you pick up a 5 pack of cartos if you are getting a stater kit.

When you are just starting out, you will be all excited and willing to try all sorts of mods to make a cartridge last longer and not taste like buring marshmallows.

But after a month or so of trying this and doing that with your cartidges, its nice to just screw on a carto and laugh about all the time and effort you wasted on carts. ;)

I don't have broad or varied experience, but I'm more than happy with my cartos from liteCigUSA at 5/$7, or $1.40 a pop. I ordered and got them in 2 days, and their free shipping kicks in after only $15. I don't see how you can beat that without ordering a whole boatload of them from China. These are the hard top, but using the condom method I can fill these as just as quickly and easily as a cart. The disadvantage of the hard tips will come into play if I decide I want clean them instead of disposing of them I guess. I sort of sacrificed one out of curiosity and the hard top is not easy to get off(I didn't soak it first, just tried to slowly and gently pry it off as I recalled seeing someone do in a video).
