best clear coat to prevent patina?

So I just put a sick brushed finish on my used to be polished brass stingray. I love the way it looks with that fresh brush and the seam is impossible to see.

Honestly id rather preserve this finish permanently then have it darken like a penny. I know I can keep cleaning it but it doesnt look as good as with just brushing it again. I dont want to keep wearing down the logo with each brushing.

Does anyone know what would be my best bet for a permanent clear coat to put on the mod to protect from patina?

Or if want spray can stuff I am a big fan of Alumahyde2 by Brownells. Probably the most durable finish available in spray can form.

I had shinyitis long before vaping. Thanks dhaiken, looks like I'll eventually get some when my rubbinitis starts to give me elbow problems.
