I just wanted to tell everyone at Halo thanks for having the most amazing customer service I've ever seen. I got an order today and my midnight apple had burst on shipping. Sent a quick support request through the website and within 10 minutes my problem had been fixed and my order email just arrived.


You guys are amazing! (And thanks again!)

Stories like this are getting to be a habit. Not the bottle bursting open, but occationally things happen, some things beyond control, sometimes people are just human and mistakes happen. An occational mistake on an order or mishap between shipping and delivery doesn't ever concern me, it's how the issue is handled that seperates companies from one another. Halo sets the standard other companies, no matter what product they are selling, should be aspiring to.
