Best customer service ever!!!

I honestly think that V4L has the best cutomer service I have ever seen. A week ago I placed an order and gave Steve the wrong address. Steve was good enough to meet me on a SUNDAY night and personally give me another order, even though he hadn't received the original back from the post office!! What more could a person ask for??
