What are ppl seeing as the best replacement atty for the eGo?

The best for me are the Low Res 510s from EastMall(no discount code that I know of) and TWs standard 510 attys but they are a bit expensive. Also Joye 510s are good, best price I could find is from electronic ash, discount code is ecigforum. Links below

i prefer the new eGo/joye XL atomizers (or tornado mega), they perform little better than a standard 510, less pieces to screw/unscrew (no need for the cone), and bigger dripping (6 drops) and cart capacity.
Puresmokers for both cost and quality. $5 ea for bulk order. It doesn't get any better than that. BTW it doesn't matter which combo of attys you order either. The check out discounts buy qty not individual attys, to a minimum of $5 ea.
The best stock 510, the friggin expensive one at Janty. The 100mpg car does exist, it's just pricey. For folks that go through an inordinate amount of attys in short order, this is not the atty for you.
so far the only attys i like are from volcanoecigs, they are built better, permit more air flow, and last a crazy long time. no idea who makes them though.
If youre talking about their Magma (510) atty, I completely agree
those seem to have great reviews and a great price tag.
Ppl seem concerned that regular 510 carts wont fit them........(boo!! i have a ton of 510 blank carts)
I figure if the magma is the real deal i can get their pre filled carts and have go at it.
the magma atty will fit and work well with the eGo battery?

The magma atty is a 510. It will fit any 510 threaded battery or mod ( i use mine on my Sb and BB). They are machined a little bigger on the cart end, so a regular cart that fits on a genuine Joye atty will fall off of it. I drip only, so its no big deal to me. Other than the cart thing, it is a 510 for all purposes.
i am not really loving the magma on my eGo.
Bought two -- one just gets really hot with no vapor. cleaned it dried it still a dud. im not heart broken about it though.
the atty does seem to fit the battery with no issues.
bought blank carts from volcano, they are not for the magma.
my regular 510 carts will work with the magma, nothing special though and the bridge does sit deeper in the cart.
all in all i probably will not buy them again for my current setup.
i bought a couple DSE-510 Atomizers from ValueVapor which should come in this week and we will see how they do.
