Hey there friends and girlfriends, I have a question for you today.

I've been hearing about rave reviews on the liquids called That French Dude and its predecessor Pancake Man which are both made by the same mixologist.

Has anyone tried these and what are your opinions? These two liquids don't get a great deal of press in this group but they seem to be the primadonna's of liquids right now. I think I may have heard discussion about The Pancake Man in here (but with so many pancake juices out there who knows if I read information about this particular juice or another juice with a similar name).

Literally ordered Pancake Man (along with Phillip Rocke The Soda) last night so I'll have an update for ya shortly. :) 25% off at breazy (code: oculus) makes it about $20 for a 60ml for anyone curious.

@AnthonyB, IMO, Pancake Man is nice tasting but really light on flavor. Very light bakery and I struggled to find the strawberry even after several weeks of steeping. I kept wanting more flavor, and it never really delivered. It wasn't bad, and it was good enough that I finished the bottle over several months time. I would not reorder.

On the other hand, ironically, I have been squonking French Dude for most of this evening. It was very flavorful fresh and remained pretty much the same after sitting in my vape cabinet for about one month. IMO, French Dude has a very forward and flavorful maple syrup taste with just the right amount of buttery, bakery flavor topped with whipped cream. The blueberry is there, but like Pancake Man and strawberry, the blueberry is very light. It does resemble french toast, although smothered in plenty of maple syrup. IMO, not to sweet at all.

Finally, the inclusions of 2 artful and colorful unicorn bottles, stickers, and buttons are a nice touch.

Thank you so much for the review. I have never been a fan of maple syrup but that sounds heavenly.

French Dude DOES sound heavenly, @AnthonyB.
@I'mnotZak - you sold me on this one.
I just need to convince my husband that this is one flavor *HE* would love -- so he will buy it for himself. Then, I can save MY half of the vaping budget for that really long wishlist I keep adding to. Shhhhhhhhhhhh.
There are so many I want to try and new flavors are being released every day. Stash should have another release, soon, too.

. I See "The standard" changed their bottles. I Liked the old ones better but it was a pain to get the liquid out. Cb4 and irie nights were some good stuff back in the day.

Glad to hear you like those. I've been wanting to try both of them.

Kudos to Vapecentric for very fast service and the delicious Unicorn Milk. I hadn't heard of this supplier until Saturday when I made the order and it arrives on Tuesday impressively packaged. More orders to come!

Well how unexpected. Just for the sake of it I was searching Australian vape sites for the French Dude and happened to find it for $35 Australian at a site called Vapestreet.com.au . That is for a 60 ml bottle. Why is it so cheap?

Cinnamon Girl - Stash E-Liquids

I do not like cinnamon vapes. Had to get that off my chest right away. Cinnamon juices over the years have always, in my experience been somewhat sickly sweet, overpowering and curse every tank and atomizer I've used by signing a marriage certificate with it. Good luck ever getting a cinnamon flavor out of an atomizer or tank. The Cinnamon flavor never leaves my tanks. If I loved Cinnamon that would be a nice perquisite but I've never been swayed by cinnamon I tend to avoid it like the plague.

The one time I my aversion to cinnamon was tested was when I tried a juice called Sugar Bears by Cuttwood. It was better than what I would expect from a cinnamon vape, and didn't ghost my tank for all time, but the impression wasn't lasting and I've not since gotten a juice with cinnamon anywhere in it.

But wait? I thought this was a juice review? Don't write off Cinnamon Girl until you've tried it right? Right! So let's get on with it and let me put my prejudices with Cinnamon aside.

Cinnamon girl is most definitely a princess. She is the sister of Valhalla, a dashing Prince who lives amongst orchards of lime trees. Wherever Prince Valhalla picks up his divine bakery treats, his little sister Cinnamon Girl is also buying her bakery treats from the same place.

In Cinnamon Girl the first thing I notice is that warm rich savoury bakery flavor that puts me in front of a cosy oven on a cold winters night where the divine smell of baking bread or muffin or pie is emanating from. So one impression I get right away is that this is no ordinary cinnamon juice. There is no sickly cinnamon flavor and it is not really a dessert vape. Cinnamon Girl is quintessentially a bakery vape and like any bakery product it sits somewhere tantalizingly between a savoury flavor and a sweet flavor and encapsulates both.

The cinnamon doesn't taste like a cinnamon lolly or a cinnamon cake or a cinnamon cookie. It is more like a cinnamon bread or cinnamon pie or maybe a cinnamon muffin, that has come straight out of the oven which is warm and rich and a touch sweet. Josh has blended this one immaculately. It is delicate and the cinnamon is more an imbued flavor in what tastes like a freshly baked loaf of cinnamon pie or muffin. In that sense it reminds me of Valhalla and the cinnamon in Cinnamon Girl is part of the whole in the same way the lime plays part of the whole in Valhalla. Prince Valhalla is indeed proud of his little sister Cinnamon Girl. She has the same
Bakery essence as him and deserves her seat at the Royal table of fine liquids by Stash.

Stash is changing my tastes and preferences. I used to have an aversion to lime and citrus juices and I love Valhalla. I used to have an aversion to cinnamon and now I love Cinnamon. I get the feeling peanut butter is next..

Yes squishy bottles are much worse. Juice starts to taste like plastic. I have not had much problems with TPR's plastic or SDV. I think they steep faster but they do not taste bad. Or maybe I just finishthem faster? I had some Bryce's that turned black in a few months and smelled horrible.

I am glad to hear this because I still have quite a bit of the 4 or 5 SDV bottles I got last year and realized they are in plastic. I think you might be right. Those sturdier plastic bottles don't tend to cause liquid to taste like the plastic they are housed in. I have 2-3 year old liquids in these sturdier types of plastic and they taste just fine and yet 16 month old samplers from NET.com in those malleable 'squishy' plastic bottles have gone off.

What I don't get is why do my 3 year old Want2Vape juices in similar squishy plastic bottles taste just fine.

@AnthonyB -- GREAT REVIEW of Cinnamon Girl! Looks like Stash has been a real winner for you. Can't wait to hear what you think of Southbound and PB & Jam. (My two personal favorites.)
