BTW.. I got an MVP 2 in the mail yesterday..not a great feel in the hand yet, but the battery life is rocking it so far. I still love my egos.. probably better than my ITVV3's.. which the battery life on has been a bit disappointing. I just love the feel of the Ego's. Will probably always have a few.
How long does your MVP last on a charge?
See, no offense Jonathan, but this is what I hate. Guys start to talk all this..'you need a torch and you have to flame the coil'..all this talk intimidates us girls.
Chad said it the other night. You need a drill bit (or something else similar in size) small crochet needle or I use a very large industrial size sewing needle. You do have to have some wick and you can buy Peaches and Cream white yarn at Walmart (boil and dry it)
You hold the appropriate amount of yarn against the needle (for structure) and wrap 5 times-pull the needle out and attach the ends of the wire to your screws in the dripper. If you want to change your wick you can pull out that yarn and insert some cotton (boiled and dried) up in the shape that would fee into the coil you made.
The one thing I think you have to buy online is the Kanthal wire and lots of these online vape store have it. I have 30 gauge.
You have to have an OHM reader to test the coil you make but if you have a device that reads OHMs you use that.
I have per the box: Kanthal A1 wire Flat ribbon : .5 x .1 (resistance says 9.2 ohms/ft) and round: 32 gauge (13.1 ohms/ft) would these work with the IGO-W?
