What did you think of cream? I just got C.R.E.A.M. by the standard is that the one you have?

I loved it, but I started using mechanicals and 18 was too much for me after a couple of weeks using them. Giant vape's description nails it, butterfinger McFlurry. Before I switched to higher power vaping, I didn't like the creamy desert stuff..I can't get enough of it now.. most of my drawer is a cream, custard, or bakery thing.

I'm on a vape spending prohibition for March after my last order, but it will be one of the first things I get. I can justify big orders in April...birfday.w007 w007

Edit - cream is by blueprint*. Same company owns the standard though.

What is sterilized rolled cotton? As in-where do I look at CVS to locate this? Yarn department? lol and I sterilize it myself? I promise I will try to limit my questions and do some research and get bizzeeeeee with this, this weekend!!!

I use 30 gauge Kanthal wire that I bought at a vape shop when they had a coil building class. I use 100% organic cotton balls (non bleached) that I bought in medicine department at CVS. I do not torch my coils.

I did buy a torch, after I bought the IGOW because I was told I would need one. One of the things that then started to intimidate me.
NOT because I am scared of a torch, but because it was starting to seem like more than I would want to learn. When I found out I could build a coil pretty simply without a torch and with cotton from CVS I went on and watched few video's and did it.

I now take the time to say my peace when I hear another talk about coil building in a way that makes it seem like something more than the average female wants to do in order to vape and have fun with it.

The conversation started over the ease OR intimidation of facing the building of coils.

Although I was quite sure I could trust in Suspects and Redzone's definition of torched (micro) VS non torched (Nano) I asked around a bit and found this is true. You can build a coil and not use a torch and you have a NANO coil.

For the females that are not AFRAID of torches but do not want the hassle-UNITE and let the coil building begin (if you want, no pressure to those of you that don't)
Jonathon you and your ROFLMAO comments make this seem like a Junior high forum

Can we please not get into a pissing match about RBA/RDA stuff?
It's really ridiculous. Jonathan, PBusardo is hardly the end all to end all in RBA/RDA knowledge. I remember him doing a review on the Youde AGA-T3 RBA tank, and he trashed it because he couldn't figure it out, lol

There is no "One" right way to build coils, that's what makes rebuildables so much fun. As long as it's done safely, and coils are accurately checked for Ohm resistance values, don't trash another man's techniques.

I only say cotton is better flavor than silica, because of a safety in numbers agreement on it. But, if a guy/gal loves silica, so be it. I still kinda question using Ekowool, as it's manufactured in Eastern Europe/Russia only, and that's kinda scary, but I've used it, and continue to.

My favorite wick for a tank, is no wicking material at all: stainless steel cable w/ a SS mesh sleeve at the top. Still amazes me how well this set up wicks, without having to tilt the iHybrid Pure.

I will say battery safety is a MUST! Most people that have AW IMR's actually have clones. There is only a couple of sources to purchase actual AW IMR's in the USA, and wonderlite (A registered supplier on ECF) is one of them! For sub Ohm though the Sony VCT4 or the new VCT5 are by far the battery of choice. High drain capacity 30amp. We have been also using the Efest Purple 2500mah 35amp high drain batteries. I don't think they are really 35amp, but we haven't experienced any major issues with them.

Be Safe in RBA land! :)

I bought mine from a very nice guy named Randy at RTD Vapor and I know they are authentic

AW's that is

I've been stalking the REOS website for some time now too.. I like the mini's but I seriously don't think I will ever make that leap. I think I can get by with the minor players in the vaping game and do OK. The price is such a committed investment. I want to be done with vaping after a year off of analogs with an emergency low end set up thereafter to vape from time to time when the going gets rough. At least that is my goal at this time. While the REO is intriguing to me.. I just don't need to go there. Fun to look tho!

I know what you are saying. I've smoked most of my life too and vaping has been the best choice i've made ever to get off of the analogs. I still hit periods every other week with vaping that makes me want a device that plugs into 220W just to scratch the intense itch.. but I am trying to keep myself in check with my desire to wean myself and eventually be breathing air only, for once in my life. I have to fight the temptations to upgrade to mega everything to get my fix. I need to slowly wean and say goodbye to all substitutes to breathing fresh air eventually. I really want this adventure to to be the path to ending my addiction to sucking something in and blowing it out. I'm a diehard too.

When I first started vaping (with an ego) I thought wow, can not smoking really be this easy??!! I planned to gradually lower my nic and eventually stop after around 6 months. But then, I realized that lower nic wasn't cutting it, and also the ego wasn't cutting it either and even now I occasionally have various issues with my protanks (wicking, leaking, etc). And consequently I started smoking on occasion, so I realized that for me I need more power and the most flavor possible, something I'm still working on, coils etc, (I hate fiddly stuff). But I also realized that I smoked for so long that I figure if I'm going to eventually go to 0 nic there's no need to rush, and really I enjoy vaping and figure even if I eventually go to 0 nic and lessen my vaping I'd still like to have something around to vape on occasion if a cig urge strikes or just for relaxation, and it may as well be something really satisfying for me. Compared to what I spent on cigs every month, a $140-$200 REO is nothing!

Since I've found some flavors I love and now that I've been exploring these NET tobaccos I've learned more about tobacco in the last few weeks than I ever did in nearly a lifetime of smoking! For example perique is only grown on only a few mile stretch in St. James Parish, LA, the only place in the world. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/05/us/tobacco-lovers-discover-mystique-of-perique.html?_r=0
I've been reading about the history of it, various ways tobacco is cured and how that affects the flavor, etc. I find stuff like that fascinating, I guess because I'm interested in ethnobotany anyway. And since I've also always been interested in cooking and fragrance the newer more complex vapes are really interesting also-to see how sophisticated it can get. One of these days I really want to start making various extractions and see what I come up with.

I used to think it was kinda weird when people said this, but I think that for me it is becoming more like a hobby like it does for some people. I still don't care for fiddling much with coils and so on, but if I want the best experience I'll have to do it and ultimately it'll be less work than putting up with the frustration of various tanks that I've dealt with, and cheaper also.

I hear ya on the breathing 100% pure air though. I also like the idea of not feeding an addiction, but for me I figure if vaping is my only addiction then I'm not doing terribly bad since I'm convinced it isn't terribly unhealthy and I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle in general otherwise-eat right, exercise, etc (well mostly, lol). I might give up vaping one day but I don't think it will be any time soon for me. I noticed that my recent cold was over in a matter of days! Normally they last two weeks

ok i'm babbling now ;p

Today at work I took a vape break and came back in and was talking to my coworker and he interrupted me saying "wow that smells great!" I asked him what and he said my breath smells like cookies, lol. I had just vaped Southern Steam's Louisiana Diplomat (tobacco, watermelon, pecan) I'm not sure how he got cookies out of that one!

Has anyone gotten Southern's new flavor-the Grand Canyon Cheesecake? "juicy blueberries, creamy cheesecake, smooth pie crust, and a pinch of coconut to top it all off." I think I'm gonna go for it ;)

I'm beginning to wonder if I ordered my Highbrow in a 50/50 blend I'd be enjoying them as much as you all :( I haven't tried them again yet - I'm sure all VG needs a bit of a steep.

ETA: Firephly, I just brought my Southern Steam order in from the mail. I got the cheesecake one. Just letting them warm up. They even threw in a vial of tres leches :) I really love this vendor.

Get a life man, - I have a great life, very full, and fulfilled.
I'm through talkin about it. - If we are done talkin about it, why do you have to continue to stir the pot?
Idc if you like a different method than me, to each their own. - I don't like different methods, I made it clear there was "no" wrong way to wrap coils or wick, as long as it was safe. YOU ripped a guy for pulsing a coil to burn off oxidation on an MVP, and chastised many on various other methods.

I was tryin to convey what I found most to my liking, and people wanted to rip on me for it. You werent even involved, - The one thing you are CORRECT on, I didn't rip you for it, as I was just reading other's responses. But, when you turned into an azz about things, I felt the need to let you know, it's time to stop.

so just drop this kiddie bs.. Im here to find new liquids and report back. - I wouldn't have called you out, had you been playing nicely with others. Some don't play well with others, and just don't realize it.

Also to learn from other's trrial and error and try to contribute things I've learned from my own. Cant we all just get along?
That will depend on how you word things going forward. If you don't clean it up, I'll eventually just report you to the mods, and be done with you.

I've been eyeing a Reo myself. Not sure if I'm going to go that route or get another Provari.

I think you already have a provari, so you should expand your collection.. The reo community needs more provari owners to balance them out anyways..:)

I can always throw a monkey wrench into the equation.. Welcome to Red Sky Mods -

After all the highbrow talk I decided to take another look at the. I had some pifd to me and they were very sharp tasting. I see they list alcohol in a lot of their juices, assuming its from the flavorings. Anyone had an issue with this? The alcohol kinda deters me. But you all keep hyping them Lol. I'd love a fruity cheesecake that isn't too cakey... Haha

So I had to make a stop at Walmart-no sterile cotton roll....only gauze. SO I remembered someone saying something about Peaches and Cream yarn? Picked some up just in case that would work for making a coil? Otherwise I am working from home tomorrow-and will try and order some online. Also hoping to fit in some time to watch some videos-so if anyone has any recommendations on good ones to watch for building coils for an Igo W let me know?

Not sure if I have a mild case of vapors tongue or what but all my juices (even my regular favorites) are just kind of meh right now :-(

The watermalone is refreshing and yummy. It is the best watermelon/melon vape I've tasted-tastes very pure. I need to go back to MOV and order some more!!! Any suggestions?

I just got the Blueberry Cobbler and it is amaz! Strawberry Brulee is good if you like Brulee taste. I like the Pendragon in the tobbaco's but it def has a strong cherry taste. Tropical Sunrise is good if you like Pina Colada
