Thanks! I was really excited to try VCV. I'm going to give them some time and see what happens. I've had them for about a week now, maybe I'll fire some up this weekend and see what happens.
Welcome back Brett! I have been crazy busy too. Final two weeks of university for me, and then I graduate!!
I am not a big fan of VCV. I tried them about 6 months ago. They did get better after a long steep, but not my fave.

No, I don't have one. I like the rounded sides, just makes sense. I just sent a pm to pdib about one with a dna or other high powered chip. Dna20- 7-20watt chip, dna30- 7-30watt chip.(4volt minimum)..

4nine, hana, atomo, pdib's, red sky, pipeline pro.. I'm going to ask a mod to put me on a permanent ban.:)

My Coval Vapes order already arrived! That was quick! 2 days. Vaping the Strawberry Creamcake. I think my semi burnt coil is muting the flavor though. I guess it's time to rebuild my first coil... :vapor:

I found their flavors kinda mild for me (Ocean & Raspas but more so with Ocean) but still a really nice flavor. I'm keeping Ocean for the gorgeous scent, god i love the scent of it, the flavor too-just wish it was stronger. I'm very curious about their tobaccos, the Versaille "Tobacco blend with a sweet kick. Notes of berries, tea, and rich smoky tobacco all combine for a wonderful light vape." if only the word 'light' wasn't in there that flavor sounds amazing. I don't think I've seen a tobacco+tea vape, i think that'd be great since some NET's already have the tea flavor. Maybe they could make it extra strong for me

What's your nicotine level, and what did you vape moon sugar out of? I just couldn't get down with it.

I do 6 mg nic. I vaped the Mr. Good Vapes on my Aerotank. I tried all of them, and those two stuck out for me. Like you said, they are very sweet. Truly a dessert vape.

Tobacco and tea sounds like a great combo! We could blend FSV earl grey with one of our NET juices to create our own special blend.... :toast:

I might have to do some experimenting. My Free State Earl Grey has lemon in it though-I don't think I want lemon in my tobacco...
Maybe I could make an extraction from a bag of my fav Red Rose orange pekoe tea or some earl grey (I guess that's easy to do) and mix with tobacco and add a little blackberry or plum

After some quick browsing I noticed Vapor Chef, Velvet Cloud and Seduce Juice all list their juices as diacetyl free. But many do not come out and say that. I don't see anything listed about it at Virgin Vapor, Free State, Rocket Fuel, or Steam Co. Less than half of the vendors I've ordered from address it.

Don't know much about it but I'm guessing we don't want it and it's bad if companies are listing their juices as "Not" containing it.

Mountain Oak Vapor is Diacetyl free. They have advertised that for awhile. In October 2013 Caramela was one of liquids I bought from them. They found out in November, through their own testing, that one of their suppliers liquids had trace amounts of Diacetyl. They announced a recall and quit selling anything that had stuff from that supplier. They changed suppliers and sent everybody a free bottle of Caramela

I like my Egos, they are fun and stealthy little sticks. For the price, I will just toss and replace and keep 2 or 3 in my collection. So far my original 3 have lasted over 2 months and are still chugging along. I am hoping to get a year out of my MVP. Funny thing too.. after trying 5 different clearos, I am back to enjoying my firsties the best.. EVODS. Whooda thunk. They are just so damn easy to use, clean and cotton wick. Thanks to HB and FSV, i'm getting plenty of flavor with my primitive vape gear. I like the simplicity. What can I say..
Me take rock, break coconut..........about sums up my vape style.

My egos tend to last anywhere from 5 months to over a year and it seems to be based on the individual batteries not so much where they are from or how much used. I use mine ALOT and toss them into my purse etc....pretty hardy lil things. I am curious when you mentioned you have tried 5 different clearos: Did you try the iClear16?

I've heard of DNA but don't know what it means yet in the vape world, I'll have to investigate. Those pdibs are really nice though, i like the wood, so do you have one? I think that a wood mod would feel really good in the hand, nice and warm.
I'm pretty stuck on the REO idea though, for the overwhelming amount of positive reviews from owners, and the retro look of it too really appeals to me :) They make some beautiful wood ones too https://www.google.com/search?q=reo...OYyAH93YHYCA&ved=0CAsQ_AUoAw&biw=1280&bih=709

I think in terms of beauty the Billet Box - Billet Box Vapor is really elegant too but I don't imagine it's too cheap

i have original mini reos, and woodvils. the woodvils look beautiful and feel "soft" and warm. the metals ones do get cold, but warm up very quickly in your hand (even after mine sits in my car all night in the cold brrr) the ones i have are anodized metal, so they have a very satin like feel to them. the powder coating 2.1 minis are more grippy. I never ever thought i'd be a box mod person, but I love them.

in juice news. i WANT to like stripper cake, so i tried it again. it seems the flavor is constantly changing, which is a plus. it's lost most of its playdoh taste lol.

gothic vapor. i'd suggest avoiding them. they have some great unusual flavors, but not only did some of them leak in shipping (in a priority box) some of them are HOT pink. no way it's just the flavoring. even my diy loranns strawberry isnt' nearly as bright, and that's a pretty bright flavoring.

MMM nothing goes better with my morning coffee than Grandma's Cinnamon Danish from Nicoticket. It's such an authentic flavor I can't get over it. I just went through and updated my juice list - hopefully I can get some new yummies to try soon! Also last night finally tried my Sour Skittles from Velvet Cloud - not sure the name because it doesn't taste like candy at ALL. Authentic grape and blackberry and something else too. I think it's the blackberry that makes it tart. Yum!

Jrenae4 -- I just received GCD yesterday along with The Doodle. These are two flavors I had not tried in the past. Glad to hear you like them, did you let them steep and if so for about how long?
THANKS!

Uhh yeah...no steeping here. LOL.

I am happy to hear that you and AngiBe both like them -- I will try them in a little bit. They smell SO over the top, smack ya in the face, I was surprised. I have Frenilla, CLS, CB, H1N1 and Gravity - was expecting the GCD and Doodle to be similar with just a touch difference. But from the smell -- WOW! I think I better SIT DOWN when I vape them!!

Just looked at Mr Good Vape since you guys were talking about it yesterday.

I love the colorful pictures but every flavor has something in it I don't like (bubblegum, melon, citrus, desserts, I'm a very picky vaper!)

I want to try Vampire Kiss from Darkest Day Vapors but I've heard their juice is really thick?

Yeah I'm gonna pass on Mr. Good Vape as I don't like sickenly sweet - creamy fruits is about as sweet as I go.

I think you described why I love those 2 so much. They are more bold in flavor than all the others. I still like the others too, but Doodle & GCD are def my favs. These 2 are similar to each other but I really get a sugar cookie taste on the Doodle in the Dripper. It's awesome.

In looking at their page, I see another mention of diacetyl.....and the many substitutes that e liquids may contain. There is a massive thread on ECF in the DIY section on this....and its kind of scary to read. Anyone else have thoughts on this? (stating diacetyl or equivalents can cause something called "popcorn lungs) Carpe Diem is one of the few that I have seen that point out that their e liquids not only don't contain diaetyl but also lists out the substitutes of this and that their e liquids do not contain any of these.

I'm always nervous about ordering custard type flavors too, because of this. I wish more companies would say whether or not they use it.
