Howdy y'all! I'm pretty new to vaping (4 weeks today, woop woop!) & I've had some ....ty luck so far trying to find my ADV, or anything even considerable! I ended up with a few good juices in my first zamplebox, which were jackson vape co's porto (key lime) & fruition by seduce juice (fruit loops/fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA)... but when left to my own devices I've ended up with some underwhelming stuff (probably because I err towards the peculiar, I have a curious palette but that doesn't always work in my favor!) So I'm hoping someone can recommend some really good, complex yet universally yummy flavors that I can't go wrong with. Interested in fruit, candy, and while I know I'll enjoy creamy/custard dessert type flavors I feel like I've been picking the wrong vendors, they all have that terrible overpowering faux buttery taste! Any help would be greatly appreciated, don't want to waste any more $!

Have you been able to let your eliquids steep at all? I know that, for me, creams/custards/some bakery flavors do not "come into their own" unless I let them steep for at least two weeks. Don't throw out any eliquids that you are not satisfied with now. You may find that you really like them after they have steeped a bit.

Do you have a B&M (brick and mortar, aka "real") vape store anywhere near you? Many have a "tasting bar" set up where you can sample different flavors before you buy. If you find something you like, you can ask them if they mix their eliquids fresh, or if they have some that are already steeped in your preferred nicotine level and pg/vg ratio.

Everyone perceives taste differently, depending on their palate and the equipment they are using, so I can't recommend any foolproof vendors or flavors. However, my daughter and I enjoy eliquids from Mt. Baker Vapor, VaporBomb, The Vapor Room, ITC Vapes, Seattle Vapor, Vape Wild, and Mech Sauce. All have a reasonable selection of flavors, reasonable pricing and shipping fees, good customer service, and good turnaround time on orders. We are currently using Kanger Evods with Evod Glass and 1.5 ohm enclosed coils.

Howdie @Yvie Lee. Newbie here as well. I have been searching for a few good ADV's as well. What I do is visit a local shop and tell them what I am looking for (desserts are good for me!). Sample as many as I can and then pick one to try, or in my case pick 6. lol Remember that the nic content will change the taste. The more nic, the more you will get a throat hit. I am contemplating dropping to 6 m/l of nic (currently at 12) just so I can get more flavor, but I have to be careful not to wake the urges for cigs again. Hope this helps.....

howdy! and welcome!

if you are interested in complex, fruit-type flavors, may be worth checking out Charlie Noble - the Soller's Pointe is excllent (banana, vanilla, caramel - hint of tobacco) - recently found a decent clone recipe for it and have been DIY'ing it and it's one of my fave current vapes...

I have heard a lot of good things about Ahlusion as well

Hi Yvie and welcome to ECF :)

It's really hard to recommend juices to people. No one juice is liked by all and to make it worse a lot of popular juices are loved and hated by different people. The hardware you use also plays a role. Atty type (clearos vs tanks vs rdas) will influence the flavor of a juice, power (watts) will also, wicking material and atty design in a type will too. And then you have the factor of personal preference. People have preferences and the preferances are personal and subjective.

When I started vaping I bought small bottles (10-15 ml) of say five different juices. I found that I typically could vape three out of five, one of them was really good at the time and two were not good at all for me. After that I would order a bigger bottle of the one I really liked and some more small bottles of other flavors. After a few iterations of this I had a few that I really liked that kept me satisfied. After a while some of the ones I really liked at first didn't appeal to me any more.

I tried premium juices and inexpensive ones and found my success rate no better with either. After about nine months I was mixing my own and I'm still doing that today.

You really are your own experiment with this stuff. Best of luck with it :)

I am usually Very picky with my juice.
Ive had a few successes and more failures.
Then I found Mohawk vapors. Premium juice blends 30 for 120ml.
all their flavors are vapeable.
Even the flavors I dont vape anymore, I CAN still vape... They are still good, Just I like a few flavors more. Raspberry, yohawk, strawberry and the sweetness are the most popular. They have a website, Just google mohawk vapors, and also a facebook group. The dude ships same day. Pre steeped as well, so good out of the box

Another one is casey jones mainline reserve... But hes bogged down with orders constantly and you need to wait a week or two for juices to ship. That one is 28$ a 120 ml.

For a picky vapor like me, I think those are the 2 best choices, none of the flavors of either one of those 2 vendors have ever let me down.
Lots of premium and cheap juices coming out

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As you've been at this for only a month, you will find that your tastes change quite a bit over time. My "ADV" changes... well daily. I do have fall back flavors that I can't do without, but I still dabble. I find that the most vapeable juices for me tend to be the least complex. For instance, Nicoticket's Frenilla is one of my fall back ADVs. It is just a pure, good vanilla flavor. It is truly all about what you like, but don't get discouraged if you can't find that one flavor that you will be satisfied with forever and ever. Find a few you really like and play around. There are too many flavors out there to just settle on one.

Good luck and continued success on your journey.

I 2nd going to a vape shop with a tasting bar. That is the best way to find some juices you really like.

Yeah I did forget to mention that I live in the sticks and the closest vape shop is pretty small and options are somewhat limited (owners & employees are AWESOME so I enjoy going when I can!) so I'm stoked about checking out the shops in ATL I'm sure most are awesome!! Thanks again!

I really like MtBakerVapor. Most of their juices are relatively simple (ie: Blueberry, Cotton Candy, etc..) but they've been expanding into, what other juice-makers call, "premium" e-juice (ie: Jolly Rancher, cereal flavors, y'know. more complicated stuff). A juice I always have on hand is Hawk Sauce. It kind of reminds me of like.. A blueberry sour straw, if you've ever had those. Also, I'm a menthol fan, so I really like "Thug Juice" (it's like a Newport-level dose of menthol + watermelon). Those are 2 juices I've never gotten sick of, and I always keep a big bottle on deck because they're so darn cheap (45$ for 236mL? Yes pls.)

I'm not a fan of spending prices like 20$/30mL.. A lot of the "premium" e-juice companies are using pretty basic flavorings to make things you could make in your own home for 10 cents per mL. I'm also pretty biased because uh, I vape a lot of unflavored/nic juice, so I'm not one to look for really complicated crazy-tasting flavors. If I can comfortably vape it all day, I'm a happy camper.

Mt. Baker Vapor's Hawk Sauce has been my daughter's "go to" eliquid in times of stress almost since the first time she tried it. My daughter and I share housing and expenses. The vape budget comes out of my SS check. Shortly after we started using MBV, I got tired of trying to guess what flavors my daughter would like, and issued an ultimatum - either she checked out the site and gave me a list of what she wanted to try, or I would not order any eliquid for her on the Black Friday sales. She gave me a list, and decided to try Hawk Sauce because she liked the name (we hate football, but love birds). Based on the flavor profile on MBV's website, this is an eliquid that I would NEVER have ordered for either of us to try. The first few puffs were "meh". As she vaped more out of the tank she had filled with Hawk Sauce, she enjoyed it more. For the longest time, Hawk Sauce was pretty much the only eliquid we absolutely had to have on hand. Two years later, she still likes to have Hawk Sauce on hand, especially when she is stressed out.

Watch your budget, but if you can get smaller bottles of different flavors for a decent price try stepping out of your "comfort zone" once in a while. You may be very pleasantly surprised.

Have fun in Atlanta. I hope that you can get to a few decent B&Ms in your down time to try some different flavors. Please remember that, just because an eliquid is hyped here or on other sites, it may not be the right eliquid for you. Everything depends on how you perceive the flavor with the equipment that you are using right now. Also remember that eliquid "tasting bars" may be using 0 nic for their samples, and the taste may change when nicotine is added to the basic formula. If you are on the fence about an eliquid, try to give it some time to steep before you make a final decision.

I find the flavours with lots of different flavours in them tend to suit one off vaping, I.e. They are not all day vapes. Think this may explain people changing their adv so often. My advice would be consider saving such flavours for special use.

Then look to tobaccos (nets are best imo), menthols or single note flavours etc for you adv. my experience is that the simpler the juice the better suited to prolonged use it is. That's not to say a net for instance cannot be complex...more that it doesn't overwhelm after a lot of use like many of the juices out there.
