I agree with Kay here. Your question is extemely subjective, based on a thousand different details.

If you're using an eGo, then the answer is much different than if you're sporting a Darwin.

For me, using a Kicked Silver Bullet, the best tank I've found so far is the GG Penelope. It's a rebuildable atomizer with a tank attached, with liquid control to the wick built in. It holds about 3ml, so I get to top it off all the time. There is a learning curve to using a rebuildable though, one that a lot of people don't care for. I DIY my liquids, so I'm used to the fiddly bits.

One problem with the GG stuff is that it's all hand made by a fellow named Imeo in Greece. He builds a ton of them and then sends them off to various distributors. There's quite a bit of demand though, so most of the devices get snatched up within an hour or two of them hitting the shelves, if they're not all pre-ordered away.

I'm going to consider that the device itself is the delivery system. My answer is a REO or any bottom feeder that uses a tube inside the juice bottle. Easy, Easy, Easy. Now a REO or something similar may be "pocket" friendly, but it's not something I would leave in there all day. And that's only because the drip well may have juice sitting in it and that could leak. But other than that ONE tiny possibility, there are no leaks. Bottom feeders rock. Well, REOs specificially.

I's with BGabe, a REO all the way. Easy peasy! AND....Rob (REO modmaker) is coming out with a VV REO Grand very, very soon (couple of weeks or so) that will be the frosting on the cake, IMHO. As it is, the REO (any REO...Grand, Mini, or 18490) is the best. My sweet spot is 3.7-4.1 volts with a LR atty, and the REO hits it every time. I think the VV Grand will just make it easier to hit that spot every time.

That's my 2 cents.

i only have limited exp with this due to limited funds, i havw used cartos, carto tanks, & clearomizers and thought i would always be looking for that elusive juice system i had issues with everyting i tried until i found the vivi nova it is easy to fill you can adjust the ohm's with a new coil head(1.8,2.4,2.8) they offer metal tank's as an after sell item and now i am happy that my juice system hunt is over imho it would be hard to beat the nova in price and useability... just my 0.02¢...

I shall have to look at the surge tank. I did not really like the vivi, no flavor and couldn't dial it very high to increase vapor heat.

Yea. I loved the idea. It's basically a tank/bottom feeder attachment that you can put in your tube mods.
It's quite bulky, but if you don't mind it works great.
It's not cheap either, but like I said, if you're looking for a bottom feeder type attachment and love your atties, it would be worth it.

The Kanger T2s I'm using have the best flavor of any clearo I've tried, including the Nova and the CE3...

I don't know if they're all like this, but my T2 is hard to pull through and the vape is not warm at all. And this is with good vapor production and good flavor.

I really dig the CE3s since I can throw two in my pocket with one on my vaper and head out for the day. Wished they looked nicer though.

This may sound like an odd question, but I'm curious. So if cost is not an object, what would you guys say is the absolute best overall liquid delivery method factoring in capacity, convenience, ease of use, lack of issues (leaking, dumping, cracking) and flavor?

The old fashion glass, beer style

Genesis is something, followed very closely by any good rebuildables using wick and wire
