I'm using DTL not MTL, sorry for typo, I'm using at around 35-40 WI used the Aero tank almost exclusively for over a year. I got 10-15 days per coil. 120-240ml per coil.
That was using .2Ω Supermesh at 60W+ though so not much help for MtL.
I'm using DTL not MTL, sorry for typo, I'm using at around 35-40 WThat's not really a MTL tank (not that you can't use it that way... just designed more for DL (direct lung)
I would look into getting another tank. Innokin Zenith and Zlide are very popular for MTL.
How many watts are you using?
Which coils? Try 50W-60W if you have the .2Ω Supermesh.I'm using DTL not MTL, sorry for typo, I'm using at around 35-40 W

I got 120-240ml per coil with my DIY. YMMV if you're using oversweetened commercial juice.
What is DIY
How to start DIYHow long a factory coil lasts will depend largely on how you use them. Power level, juice composition and viscosity, airflow and how you draw on the atomizer.
Making your own coils is infinitely superior as the cost per unit is orders of magnitude cheaper. Having this level of control puts you in the driving seat, you also will only need to regularly replace the cotton not the whole coil. If make your own e-liquid as well the benefits are similar.
If you live in the US, if you do not get setup for DIY you may have to stop vaping all together.
