Best Menthol diy

any suggestions on making the best menthol? I have been diy'ing and I bought the crystals but I haven't done anything with them yet? I also bought menthol diy juice. I like the idea of melon menthol but I have not created anything that I love yet.

Easiest way to get started would be to mix 1 gram crystals per 10 ml PG and then start off mixing around 5% of that menthol into your mix.

Some use PGA to disolve...I have also used Watkins brand peppermint flavoring and disolved crystals into it (it's just peppermint extract plus like 85% alcohol)

Some add sweeteners but I prefer not to.
