I have just started vaping (2 weeks) and am determined to eliminate the use of analogs. My research on vaping has taken longer than I expected which is a good thing. The information that experienced "vapers" share is priceless.
I have a simple objective - buy what I need to insure I can vape whenever I have the yearning for nicotine. I know I will be back on analogs the moment I yearn for nicotine and cannot vape.
Some things are not totally clear to me so I would appreciate from those of you that have experience.
"Mod" or "Mods" - seems to be refer to two things, 1.) A modular battery holder 2.) any modification to stock parts used for vaping (cartomizer, atomizer or power supply).
From the comments I have been reading it seems like some people use different setups depending on whether they are vaping at home or in their office versus vaping when they are out and about.
My main purpose of buying a mod is for "private" vaping with maximum battery life and as much voltage flexibility as possible for future vaping.
I have decided that I want a large tube battery mod for private vaping. I want something that is totally mechanical where the voltage changes are made strictly with battery configurations. The units that seem to consistently receive positive reviews over an extended period of time are:
1. CGTS 2. Megalodon 3. Silver Bullet
It appears that all of them use 510's and can be adapted to other fittings.
Is there anyone that has one or more of these units? Is there any good reason to pay the additional $$ for the Megalodon or CGTS rather than buying the Silver Bullet?
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
