I like the pen styles because of the ability to drop them in a pocket or put them on a lanyard. But I kinda want a vv/vw with longer battery life. And I'd like a better tank that the coil doesn't burn out as quickly. I'm not looking for the ones that make huge clouds. Too complicated for me.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Discount Vapers through the year or so. If you like small form factor with decent performance then a protank3 mini on a simple twist battery is pretty good bang for the buck. DV will almost always ship same day and their price/customer service is really good imo.

The best vv/vw pen style is the itaste 3.0 but the batt rating is 800mah. USB charging is a nice feature. You can vape while charging if necessary. DV doesn't sell that particular model. I've bought a few for my wife from Fasttech. Only $25 there but you have to wait 7-10 days for delivery.

For an "ego style" battery I suggest buying from reputable e-cig vendors such as AltSmoke, Discount Vapors, My Vapor Store, etc. Buy only name brand Joyetech Twist or Vision Spinner ego batteries. BTW, "ego" is merely a type of battery, not a brand name. The higher the mAh, the longer the battery life.

If you were willing to go for a small "box battery", look at the MVP. I highly recommend this as well.

1. Huge (2600 mah) battery
2. Variable voltage/wattage
3. Ability to vape while charging
4. $40 shipped at many online stores

I've had several people tell me about the mvp but my concern is transportability. I'm a guy so I don't carry a purse to throw it in. I'll occasionally carry a backpack but not ad often as I used to. And I wear rather tight pants on some days so putting it in a pocket might be difficult. Any advice on that aspect? Cuz the MVP does sound like the.next step for me.

I have a Zmax mini that I love on the go but it's a bigger diameter than a stick type battery. I have a half dozen 18350 batteries so I never run out of power. Just have to remember to bring a spare. 18350's are in the 800mah range.

Box mods are nice. I have one but I don't use it much because of form factor. The mvp is a solid choice and the price right now is killer. Might be worth a test. I'm sure you would use it enough to get your money's worth. Not to mention it can charge your phone in a pinch...

Hey Jeremiah
The MVP is extremely popular and gets great reviews and I been tempted by it. I got the Sigelei zMax v5 telescopic. Sigelei Zmax V5 Telescopic in gunmetal.

Actually, I got two. With the telescopic you can use different size batteries. It also comes in stainless. It's bigger than a pen mod as well but, I'm more than happy with it.

I just got my wife a ZMAX Mini and I think it's pretty nice. They can be found for $32 including shipping on eBay. Get the Sigelei, not the Smoktech and the SS models should hold up better than the colored aluminum models.
