Well, the link you gave is for 30 ml, which is an ounce (close enough, 29.57ml equals an ounce).

If you want to vape 24mg juice, you'll need to start with higher than 24mg/ml PG because the flavoring will dilute it.

You may want to go to the DIY Forum and read through the stickies and some threads to get more info.

how much will the flavoring dilute it? Say 1 drop / mL would that roughly be close to 24mg?
