I'm looking for a plain coffee latte e-juice, but that's almost impossible to find! I don't want black coffee, espresso, coffee and cream, mocha, cappuccino, hazelnut latte, vanilla latte, pumpkin spice latte... just plain, simple, regular LATTE (coffee and milk). Does it even exist, and if so, do you recommend it??

Coffee is like Tobacco, going with a vendor that does a natural extraction from real coffee beans is going to yield the best results, IMO. This is based on doing my own coffee extractions with espresso and french roasts the past few months. The milk aspect is going to be the harder of the two since the only milk-type flavors I've seen contain Diacetyl and you really don't want to vape flavors with that chemical due to the damage it can potentially cause (read up on Popcorn Lung if you don't know what Diacetyl is).
The cream flavors are what most use to add the creamy-like milk flavor to e-liquid. It's not always spot on and I've been testing a few with my own extractions, but I mainly go for caramel lattes since I've not yet managed to replicate Starbucks Creme Brulee latte
