Boy, that's a tough question as there are so many variables, such as how many coils, what ejuice, high or low voltage, and what type of draw is your personal preference? I've been vaping for gosh, probably 6 or 7 years now, however I'm pretty new at RDA's so I wouldn't say I'm at all qualified to give advice. However, with that being said I have read quite a bit and from what I gather, a smaller chamber can contribute to better flavor, as well as a good air draw. Some seem to swear by the bottom fed air draw such as the vision eternity, A7, or what I just ordered, an Achilles. Other small chambered rda's that seem to get good reviews for flavor (and there seem to be a ton of them), would be ones like the cyclone, or magma I think it is? Also, one I have tried and can vouch for, the less than $10 IGO-L seems hard to beat for the price, though it is a side air draw.
It's probably best to read around though, try to find people that have similar vaping habits as you and follow their advice would be my best suggestion.
Hope this helps

Freakshow mini. Got my authentic for 20 bucks on ebay, still a bunch up there in that price range. I have a 0.5 ohm single macro coil (8 wraps around a 1/8" screwdriver) using twisted 26 gauge kanthal and it's awesome. For an authentic at such a low price, you really can't go wrong. I'm probably gonna pick up a second one.

I have the Derringer, Hobo, Mako, Stillare, TOBH, to name a few. What improves the flavor in all of them is a dual coil parallel build. I use 26 gauge kanthel for a quick heat ramp up with four or five wraps. I have a coil master and every now and then will make a regular dual coil micro but in the end will take it out and put in a parallel. Like I said, flavor is noticeably better. Good Luck.

I own a ton of rdas. Freakshow Mini, El Cabron, Vertex v2, Magma, doge v2, mutation x v3&4, and derringer just to name a few. I like them all for various different reasons. I've become a bit of cloud chaser recently so my El Cabron is doing most of the work.

That said, in my experience, the best and most consistent flavor I've gotten of any rda is off of my extremely cheap and reliable Zenith V2 by Tobeco clone. It's unbelievably easy to build, not picky with how you wick, and just all around awesome. It's also the first rda I ever bought believe it or not. I highly suggest everyone pick one of these up for about $25. I've got some milk and honey in there now, a juice I never really liked, but it's kicking the flavor.
