Best RDA? Making a new build

Hello, fellow vapors! I'm currently interested in putting together a new build. I'm after a build that can out chuck a smok TFV8 with ease. So, with that being said what are your thoughts on the best rda on the market for cloud chasing? I mean I'm looking for something that can truly blow massive clouds. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

What device will power your build?
What is your budget?
What level nicotine will you be using? PG/VG ratio? DIY or retail liquid?
Why is the TFV8 NOT enough? Is the TF unsatisfying or lacking or is it just about willy waving?

Build dependent, airflow, wire, resistance and wattage

Most rda's can chuck clouds if you throw in some parallel builds or Claptons, that goes for RDTA'S and RTA's..

Take the Limitless plus or the Boreas for example..

As for RDA's, the Velocity clone by tobecco or the Sapor have massive airflow..

Whatever produces the best clouds is how I'll build lol. ( New to building coils )

Still looking for a great mod, but most likely: Sigelei, Smok, or Snow wolf.

DIY: 80VG/10 Distilled + 10 Flavor

So the velocity clone is the way to go when it comes to chucking?

Personally, I prefer the Twisted Messes or Double Vision when it comes to clouds. Monster build deck for excessive amounts of wire. I use those on my series boxes.

Royal hunter mini has more airflow than most RDAs and is super small and good looking.
