Of those 3, I have a Lemo and a kayfun. The Kayfun has better taste than anything else I have ever used. The Lemo has a more satisfying hit though. Not lung hit, but a good mouth to lung hit when wide open.
I use both daily. Kayfuns for long vape sessions, and the lemo for short breaks (it delivers more nic in a short time).

Hi AbigGRNboot, I was led to believe that the Kayfun was the first flavor rta followed by the better Lemo. I then read about the Orchid. I saw pictures, Lemo is dual coil compatible while the other two are single. I dont mind the coil status, as long as it gives good flavor. You swung me by TH. If the Lemo is better hitting, then I had better try both. I gave up the nasty habit a year ago. Never wanted to go back since taking up this. I just found a better way of spending my ££'s. hehe ! Thanks for the help. I will go search and see what I can find....:))

Rose V2. I have all of the ones you mentioned and...Nah. The Rose V2. Minimal air flow though, so don't expect a cloud. Their is just enough air to move the flavor through the system. A rather slow draw is needed, so high watts (above 15ish) is not wanted.

Actually, I had one, at least since I have three now, but I saw PBusardo's review and the first comments/impression are very accurate.

Of that list, I only have Kayfuns. Specifically, Kayfun V4s. I love them. I run a 2.1 ohm coil (28awg, 3mm ID, 10 wraps) at about 15 watts. It's not a cloud machine, but it does have great flavor. In fact, I have 10 of them.

10?
10?
10?
I say again 10?
holy moly...I dont even have one ! A Kafun of some sort is on my list now...spares are easy to find I hear too...for custom tanks, caps, bases, chimneys etc....saw lots on FT.....
I need to start spending the ££'s I'm savin by NOT smokin...
:))

Clouds are nice but flavour is better.....The Mutation X I use, its really for clouds...but I have the air intake turned to only half a hole, and I get good flavor. Also using the Magma. But I want to move to rta's because dripping in the car is too damn dangerous !! I hear the Orchid V6 is nice too.....
Rose V2 is now on my research list....thanks for the head up....:))

I have a Magma, my last since I PIF'd the others, and it is great, but an RTA is for on the go and vaping for the day, etc.

With the Rose being a sloow 5-7 second draw, it is better when vaped in a relaxed state. To me, that is just how it is, but, the best flavor for an RTA.

RTAs, as a whole, are going towards clouds. Everyone wants clouds. I have a feew RTAs and some are cloud makers, but, I prefer flavor. A flavor RTA like the Rose has its place.

Good luck finding what you want in vaping.

Hi F'renchfry1942
When at home, dripping is fine. Like you said, RTA's are for on the go. That's really what I want now. The V2, let me read and watch some vids. It may just be a Sunday afternoon leisurely vape on the couch !! I spent a lot £££'s on baccy and not anymore. I figure what I save on smokes, I can spend a fraction of that on vaping. So am hunting the net every day. Am relatively new to this (1 year) I got sick of the small pens n stuff. It just didnt hit me enough. So I figured, if this is going to be done right and not go back to smokes, get the stuff people recommend (within budget) and find something satisfying there. I reckon it will save be a bundle in the long run via the try and test route.
Thanks for you help, appreciated :)

My favourites are the Aqua V2 and the German big tank or how the Chinese are calling it the BT Big Tank, another good tank with premade coils is the Smok tfv4 plus you can get a rebuildable coil as well for it. The Billow V2 are good as well, but watch out for leaks unless you wick it correctly, and one I haven't tried myself but I know a lot who use one is the orchid which you have already mentioned. :)

Hello Devillion,
I have read about the Aqua, Billow and TFV4. All have good reviews. I like building coils and getting the wicks right is great when its done properly. Never heard of the BT BIG?? Good thing is I read lots. And good folk like you point newcomers like me in the right direction. I bought into the first subtanks and that has a rba section too. Not bad imo. But Frenchfry1942 here said RTA's are moving towards clouds. Clouds are nice but have their place. 100%VG and I cant see the person for the fog. I much prefer flavor for day to day. Thanks a million :)

I'm also just now jumping on the Subtank mini bandwagon, and I feel that it's worthy of a recommendation.
With one tank I now have many possibilities.

.5 ohm coils lung hits
1.2 ohm coils for large mouth to lung hits or soft lung hits
1.5 ohm coils for mouth to lung hits

Prebuilt coils are $2-5 and last a week, but can be rebuilt very easily.
The rebuildable head is also great.

And this is the closest to a kayfun that I have found for flavor.

Now keep in mind that I've only been vaping for 4 months, but own all of these already.
Kayfun 3.1es (x3)
Kayfun lite
Kayfun v4
innokin iSub
Lemo
Smok Scar RDA
Kanger Subtank mini

The isub, lemo, and subtank have been the most problem/leak free, but the kayfuns taste a lot better.

Like I said though, it's a much tighter draw on the kayfuns.

My Subtanks are great. I have both mini and nano. The nano was a mistake as it doesnt have an RBA section
So I will stick to coils for that. And yes they can be recoiled easily, so not much ££'s to spend. Love utube for that !! Originally got the Nautilus mini and a few of the protanks, Aerotanks, Aspire etc...but now am looking for TH, flavor, a good fill and rba decks. Something I really would enjoy carrying around and using...

Hi again,
I just ordered a spare RBA section for the Subtank, its called the rba plus...it has bigger juice holes than the stock rba that comes in the box. Prevents dry hits that people were complaining about from the small juice holes in the original
Only $6, bargain...

Hello again,
Had a good look at the Rose on Utube...looks excellent. Not much clouds which is nice. Everything is about flavor.
FT have got several versions, 340, 306 and 316 steel. Looks are the same, only price. Doesnt look bad to build but wicking is fiddly. But when people say its good...then it must be. Like that they give you a spare C.Disc too.
Have a nice day :)

hehe, yeah. 10. They are all clones. I managed to catch them on clearance at two vape shops locally. One shop was closing down and the other was selling them because no one wants an RTA that isn't a sub-ohm cloud machine any more. I got each one for right around $10. So my total is about 1/2 the price of a single retail authentic.

I have subtank mini and nano, both great tanks...the mini has the rba deck but I also ordered the rba plus deck with bigger juice channels (for higer watts) than the one that comes in the box with the mini. The nano cant use the rbd
Pre-built coils fit all three subtanks I believe...
I will order my rta's at the weekend....so many of you gave me such a big choice...
Thanks to all...
