Ok, so I have read the stickys and need some advice please...

My charger from Provape is acting up large, the batteries are being over-charged and becoming extremely hot when I check the voltage on the "hot" battery it reads 5.5v or higher (not good) one new battery wont even charge as I believe the charger has fried it.

I see the Pila charger is a well recommended charger but what other chargers are available (Canada) that will do a safe, good charge. I used to be into RC and have a Triton EQ charger and that charger comes with tons of settings and can discharge and trickle etc.

I guess what I need to know is first a Canadian source for batteries that are safe, reliable for the ProVari, and secondly a good charger that I can rely on please.

I would contact provape and see if you can get it replaced, and don't use it. The batteries could burst into flames!!!
