I had a problem with a USB charger, I let Randall know and he sent out a new one right away, after testing the new one first, and it was fast.

What can I say but BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Randall was the first person I dealt with for ecigs,He was wonderful and totally helpful and I was a confused newbie.I lost him when the company changed and I was missing my liberty liquid.Last night I won a contest and low and behold,It was Mr Fox that sent me the email!!!How ironic is that!!!!!

I wanted to give my review/experience with myPVshop.com. I ordered a Joye510 Complete Kit - Custom (manual cig). It was only $45.00 for the kit and I also ordered a sample pack of the Liberty Premium Flavors Liquid and lots of accessories. I have to say the website they have is one of the best and accessible sites out there, and the 2 day delivery time was unbeatable! Everyone had been saying to junk my blu cig and go with the Joye, which, I agree that the Joye is a monster e-cig, I still like the old blu though (that's another review lol). Overall experience with myPV, is superb. They have such a huge selection of parts\accessories and great prices. I didn't use customer service, because I already pretty much knew what I wanted. For some reason the premium liquid I ordered didn't taste that great with the Joye 510, but when I dipped with the blu, the flavors tasted great! I highly recommend the vanilla flavor. I will be ordering again from these guys, 5 out of 5 stars.

MyPVShop is awesome!! I wanted to order a 4072 five pack of batteries, but I didn't want all five the same color so I emailed Randall about customizing my order and he said I could...to just let him know what I wanted in the comment box when I placed my order. Not only did I get the colors I wanted, the processing and shipping were super fast! I placed my order Monday and received it today (Wednesday)! His service, communication, products, shipping, everything is excellent. I will definitely keep ordering from him!

I'm still new to all this, but I've already placed (and received!) two orders with myPVshop, and both have been the fastest deliveries ever (and I order online a LOT heh-heh)!
