i'd go with My Vapor Store of Hoosier ecig supply.

Though Hoosier doesn't sell the Ego Twist, you can buy the Vision Spinner which is more or less that same device.

Smokeless images 1300 mah spinner vv is fantastic,but i don't think they have vivi's.Aquavaporcigs have both of those though,last time i was there.

I tried to order the ego c twist with vivi nova tank starter kit and it would not let me all because theywere out of cones. i emailed them to let them know it wasn't allowing purchases and they replied back that I would have to order the parts seperate. I responded by asking if that would cost more and they simple email "yes". I told them thanks for swaying me to purchase from another website. i wouldn't bother with vaporfushion.
