I'm not a huge tobacco fan but I LOVE EC Blend's RY4.
And when you're talking $2.50 for a 5ml sampler you really can't beat it. Let it sit a few days and steep though. use 10020 coupon at checkout, too.

ECBlends RY4, double extra flavor, extra vanilla and caramel. Allow to steep at least a week, minimum. It's YUMMY!!

I just got a bunch from The Flavor Apprentice and it was really cheap. Only 4oz for $13...of course this is concentrate for making your own. If you mean pre-mix, I don't know. If you haven't tried making your own, get some supplies and try it. It's the cheapest way to go and it's really not difficult at all.
The only thing I would advise for mixing RY4 is once you mix it make sure you put it in a glass container and then drop that container into a pan of boiling water for a few minutes. It's definitely a flavor that needs steeping....I finally found this out after tossing out my first few batches.

I have been looking at the DIY threads, and I am really confused

I just ordered it and the Dragon's blood with double flavor Thanks for the tip. I got a 15ml though. Good prices. I would have never known about them. They are not on the list on here. I got to hit the forums more often
My favorite RY4 is from The Vapor Room, there are 2 versions sold there but I prefer the original ("TVR RY4"... vs. the newer "Ginger's Ry4"). In my opinion I think the 1st one has more flavor.

The cheapest RY4 for my daily vape are Dekang RY4 from Healthcabin. $10 for 50ml and you can use discount codes to get them cheaper. But dekang is not for everyone though. Bulks are much cheaper.
I wish this thread was here a few days ago. I just ordered RY4 and Maple Rum Cured tobacco from ec blends. 5 bucks for two sample sized bottles, thats not too shabby. After trying RY4 for the first time, I have been looking around and readin reviews for different places to find a good place to order from. The price plus reviews did it for me.
In absence of BWB RY4 (someone had to mention it right?) I'm enjoying Vermillion's KY4. It's a damn fine RY4 variant. I'm not sure if it qualifies as "cheap" but its not going to break the bank imo.

I just ordered three 30ML bottles of RY4 from Health Cabin.
I've ordered their 110ML RY4 bottles twice before. Recently, I was running out of cartos, so I ordered some cartos from Health Cabin, and decided to hold off on ordering more of their RY4, figuring I had a TON of juice around!
Two or three days ago, after filling my tank with what's left in my last 110ML bottle of RY4, and seeing it low, I couldn't help myself... went online, and purchased three 30ML bottles! (They were all out of the cheaper, 110ML bottles in the strength I like)
It's my daily juice, and is really fantastic! You just need to be willing to wait about three weeks, as it comes from China.
im the only one of my friends that likes dekang liquid and ry4 is myy fav after redbull...and now i belive ill be buying from helth cabin thanks bud..
If you haven't tried Health Cabin's RY4... you're in for a treat! (and a wait, but it's worth it)
