I find, when I get up, I vape (often before I get up, it's never far)

I do stick with old "smoking habits" like vaping after meals - to me it help the transition between the two.

Hoping to break these habits soon, but for now, it stops me smoking so I'm fine with it :)
Hi shaunieboy, I find the morning hit is still there but after meals its not.

I just vape when I feel the urge. I do not follow a schedule like I did when I smoked. Actually I take that back as I do tend to vape everytime I drive just like I did when I smoked. Other than that, I just vape when it feels right lol!

Hi STiZzle2010, I cannot put my ecig down. I'm 8 weeks into vaping. Mind you I haven't had many cravings for the cigs so it must be working. I still get that morning hit which is nice.

Its different than smoking for sure.. the first few days I vaped I still smoked after eating or sex. Now the vape satisfies.

I really enjoy the flexibility of vaping. I can take one drag & stop or I can take more drags than I would an analog. No putting it out.. smelly shorts to relight.. heck.. no fumbling for my lighter at all!

I can has tapatalked this.

Honestly, the time when im the most happy i vape now is while gaming. No more running outside real quick, freezing my .... off then rushing back downstairs before the next round starts.

I'm the same. Love vaping and gaming. Plus no more burning my fingers whilst playing gears of war and cod.

When I smoked, I did the majority of my smoking at night. Usually, I smoked infrequently during the day, sometimes never, but then went to town as evening hit, especially in the after dinner til sleep hours. I still crave it after meal, so that's one time I always reach for my vape immediately. And that's the time when I might opt for a sweeter flavor, kinda like having dessert, when those flavors would usually be too much for me throughout the day. But now I find I want to vape all day, at earlier times when I usually wouldn't smoke, perhaps because of the fun and novelty of it. Two months is still novel compared to almost 2 decades of smoking. Maybe as time passes, I will vape less often...? Who knows. So I came to the realization that when I vape during the day, I am wanting the experience of it more than the nicotine, so although I'd been using mostly 18mg all the time, and occasionally 24mg at night, I am fine with 6mg or even 0 at those times when I'm really just vaping for vaping's sake. It's all a learning process.

I started with 24mg. I now vape at 30mg which gives me a bigger hit, although sometimes makes me dizzy. I can't see myself lowering the mg in the near future. My dessert flavour is banoffee cream. Tastes great.
