Saw vape wizard. Sounded like an enhancer or something.
I think you're right and over did it on the hangsen.. just because of the slight harshness I get sampling. The flavor isn't there but, that irritation tells me there's something off... like too much flavoring...ha.
kona coffee is awesome from tfa.. that's really strong. mixed at 3% and I think I'd go lower next time. Added a drop of Bavarian cream to mellow maybe. We'll see...

Finally took the time to read that thread turbo after being extremely frustrated with my results from the hangsen. The bottles I received look nothing like the ones pictured and the concentrate is much lighter....

I just read your post over there. Keep in mind photos will look different due to lighting, etc. 'jimi' is also happy w/ Hangsen from ECX, so I'm not sure what to say.. How long has it been steeping now? And what atty do you use?

Using a shifu slant from vapage for tasting 1.5ohms and mainly SS wicked 1.3ohm squid rda I modded to fit and feed on my vmod....

I don't want for a second to sound ungrateful or .....y..lol I just know something is off...I have pretty decent palate. In the coffee business. Need one for"cupping"...

What bothers me is they all smell delicious but, it doesn't come through after mixing like it's been diluted already...

No, that's suppose to add a nutty flavor I think. Then there's Vape Wizard, Bitter Wizard, and Apple cider vinegar (ACV) that some add to tobacco mixes. I may actually try ACV in my Indian mix next time. I'm a lazy DIY'er, which is why I love these Hangsen's, so I'm not into recipes as much as most are.

I use FA Vape Wizard n my tobacco juices that I mix from FA or TFA, I have 3 Hangsen's (USA,RY2,Desert) steeping- I did not use any Vape Wizard, I wanted to try these straight from the bottle, from reading your post here and the no caramel or vanilla thread I cant wait to try these in a week.

I think they are going to bring back memories of the juices I started out with some time back, that oh say classic Chinese cigarette flavor that is sometimes missing from tobacco juices like FA's burley or dark vapor

I think there is a flavor difference between tobacco leaf flavors and cigarette clone flavors

What does the Hangsen Desert taste like?

I just received my Hangsen Turkish flavoring yesterday (labeled "Essence"), and the bottle does look exactly as you pictured it. For a moment I wondered whether it was actually Flavoring or a complete Liquid, as it was only labeled "Turkish." Elsewhere on the bottle, it did indicate it is concentrated flavoring, in tiny font.

So I have put together a 3% mix, with 60%VG and 11mg/ml Nic... and the clock is ticking. Will give it a vape every 5 days and report back too.

Thanks to @Turbo, and the OP for the guidance on this thread, as I've really been looking for a decent start to making Turkish. Anyone else with DIY info on Turkish, please chime in!

Ok, it's now been 4.5 days since I made the Hangsen Turkish Juice for the first time.

To be more exact, my flavoring mix was 2.85%, Nic was 14% and VG is 62% (I like the vapor thick!).

It's very vapable for sure, a smooth tobacco taste that is very mild and actually pleasant to me. It does not quite have the very present Turkish characteristic of the first Turkish I've tried (and enjoyed) by Halo, but perhaps my juice is not steeped enough.

I made a 20ml bottle. I'll keep a tank loaded with this and try it a bit everyday to see if/when it begins to transform. - Will report back.

It's now almost 7 full days on my first DIY bottle of Hangsen Turkish.

I added a tad of flavoring since it was a little bit on the mild side, so my mix is rounded from 2.85% to a flat 3%. I also poured the juice through a wide funnel, pouring it only around the rim. This get some fresh air through a broad surface of the liquid as it pours down and drains into another bottle. Gave it one last shake and poured a new tankful.

Oh man, this flavor is goooood. It has definitely changed in only a couple of days since my last tank, and gone to a new level. I wonder if it will improve even more with additional steeping time. Nevertheless, I find it already very good, love it actually. It's like clean, chemical and fragrance free analog... smooth and silky, yet still has a richness to it, with a very subtle, sweet touch, right at the top. This is an elegant juice, it's wonderful, vaping heaven for me.

With Turkish I'm still not getting the flavor I expect from it at 3%. It's there, it's nice. Just not as present as I would like. Other hangsen flavors I like 3%. Think I'll be going with 4-5% on the next Turkish mix. Have so much liquid steeping. Recommendation is 5-7% which I think 7% would be to much and 5%a max amount.

I'm really liking flavour art desert ship too. It's a nice Turkish as well...

I agree with you here Eddie. Despite liking it at 3% very much initially, after a few days, I feel I want just a bit more out of it. I bumped it up to 5% and have no doubt, it is a richer and better vape, particularly that I'm using 60%VG. I did the same for my other Hangsen Tobacco flavors (T5, RY4 and Desert Ship), and I come to the same conclusion. They're simply better at 5%.

Anyone for 6% :D

T5 I like at 3%. I have an small ry4 at 6% and I think it may be a little much. My desert ship is from flavour art and very good at 4-5%. I'm doing 70pg/30vg 5%DW. RY1 from Hangsen is really nice too. That is a 3-5% one. I ordered more Casablanca just to have a fresh taste. I'm really close I think but, I've been going on memory...

Who makes Casablanca and where do you order it?
backwoodsbrew.net
My favorite liquid and vendor. Needs the steep it suggests. 2weeks but, worth it. All his liquids are good. Just the right amount of flavoring. Don't gunk up the atomizer except, malty toffee which I make my own I prefer. I'll share. shhhh. I'm warning you though. If you like Turkish then casa is the standard imo. You'll crave it...

It's like liquid MSG.

Thanks Eddie - You bet I like Turkish, then I'll definitely have to try the Casablanca. The only other one I've tried is Halo's Turkish, which I like very much. The Hangsen does not taste quite the same, as the Halo (it's been over a month since I vaped it last) as I remember it had a much stronger taste. I think I'll be ordering the Casablanca and Halo again, so that I can make some real back to back comparisons with the DIY Hangsen.
