I have utterly no idea because I'm not in the US ;) but I'd say, you can do this cheaper.

buy yourself a kgo/riva with a charger (both the same, just named differently) and if you want to, buy the ego c atomisers seperately. You pay a lot more for the ego brand but the kgo batteries are better for the same size. They just have a higher voltage than the ego to start with then as they go down in charge, go down to the same level as the ego, simple as that. More power in a riva.

Even a riva with some cartomisers are probably going to be more reliable than an ego c atomiser. Search for the forum for lots of threads asking for help with these atomisers because they're sub par for the price. Don't hate me ego C fans, you know it's true :D

You could also stick on some clearomisers aka fluxomisers or the 'new' vision stardust which is by far a better "tank" system than the ego c can ever hope to be for less money.

Hope that helps out a bit!

I'm planning on purchasing an EGo-C, and was wondering who the best/cheapest vendor is for that model. Preferably one who also carries a wide variety of consumables.

Hi...IMHO you're making a good choice. Check with www.cignot.com -- also, MVS (my vapor store) excellent customer service, quick ship, the real McCoy. I'm sure there are other fine vendors that are here on ECF; these are the 2 that just come to mind instantly. Good luck!
