I know the criteria for "best" is very subjective, but what I like is the lowest possible price while still getting good service. That is what I mean by "best".
So, I have found a few vendors that I am very happy with based on the above criteria. I will list them below.
But the Internet is a big place and I bet I am missing some really good vendors. I would like to hear from others. Please include your opinions of the best vendors, along with your reason for liking them so much.
Now, the best vendors I have so far found (customer service has been excellent, per my criteria, for all these vendors):
Hardware:
LiteCigUSA -- the cheapest prices I have so far found and great service to boot. Great selection.
SmokeTip (KR808d-1 only) -- They are not quite the cheapest, but with free shipping and lifetime warranties on their batteries, they are a good place to at least get batteries (automatics only). They also have the cheapest cartomizers I have found, and they are very good, but the flavor selection is very limited.
For e-juice:
Mad Vapes -- has the best prices I have so far found, but they are too often out of stock on items I want. Still, by persistently checking their website and ordering large amounts when in stock, I have gotten very good and cheap juices from these guys.
