Mount baker is ok , the price for it makes most people ok with the quality.
usually need to steep their liquids.
ITC vapes is another value liquid store that many like.
I recently got some from vape rite which are nice.
Nicoticket is more but has a huge fan base and I like them and the owner is often in the forums.

It really boils down to personal preference. I'm more of a fruit flavor guy myself. I've bought from them before and I rather like their Banana Creme Pie and Strawberry Banana. One of my personal favorite juice sites though is Vapor Renu. They have a crapton of flavors as well as additional options [Moderated]

There are lots of great e-liquid vendors. There are also thousands of fake reviews for rip-off firms that sell 40c juice for $8. Getting to the bottom of all this is sometimes difficult. Although taste is subjective, I'd rather try a new line of juice after reading about them on a forum than the 150+ supposedly "independent review sites" that have sprung up on the internet. We know who is behind some of these, and the people at the top of the food chain who are profiteering.
ECF will rarely let you down on such matters.
Thanks guys I think I'm going to start with nicotickets absolut creme brûlée and maybe their passion cake flavor. I decided to go with IPv4 and an onslaught rda clone from 101vapes with high reviews. I have 2 efest batteries should that suffice for the IPv4?
There are sooooooo many vendors, I don't think there is such a thing as the best. But there are some vendors who use high prices and fancy labels to try and convince you they are the best.

Seduce Juice is my personal favourite and while their 30ml bottles aren't the cheapest out there (.53 c a mL) , they sell their juice in 118ml (.29c a mL) and 750ml (.20c a ML!!!) option. I'm a menthol lover and WhiteWalker is my ADV. I'm also addicted to Impearmint and Caesar. Their most popular juice is Snake Oil which I don't mind but it isn't in my top 3.

Check out dr.crimmys. really great quality for cheap and they do custom! $37 shipped 120ml bottle that I would have happily bought in my local shop for $22 30ml.
I always love the option of customization. I live in Prescott where jvapes is headquartered. While they have decent juice since they stopped doing customs I don't go to them any more just not worth it. So I'll def check out dr.crimmys it looks good thank your for the suggestion
No worries, think I found those guys on this forum. I actually liked the strawberry OD so much I called them and spoke with the mixmaster. I was thinking they had to use in excess of 30% flavoring but he swears they are more like 20% max which I like. When I make my own I like to find a mix that tastes great with less than 12%. Just my thing.
