currently i'm just running the atomizers (tank + atty) under hot water for like 3-4 minutes and just drying them off in a towel before i pour juice back in.
Seems like you've got a pretty solid method to me. That's what I do. Though if you're using a very permeable flavor you may want to use an alcohol bath as well.
