BEWARE of this noob mistake!

So I just got my Dual Coil Cartomizers, and thought my 10440 just wasn't strong enough to power it. After asking around I found out YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO FILL THE CARTOMIZER! Just fyi. Oh, and is there any way to save the DC Carto's that I filled?

**Edit: You are supposed to fill them, just don't get any in the middle hole where there isn't polyfil. If you do, blow it out from the atomizer end to clean it out.

the juice will be soggy at the top. be sure to let it settle a bit to soak in then you can add more. keep doing that til your satisfied its filled.

? I'm not an expert here but elaborate.. were they prefilled? How else would you vape? Someone w/ better insight will come along and help you. I order blank dccs and think you have to fill them unless they are already filled w/ juice. If they are overfilled you can blow them out from the top (wipe outside first to avoid getting nic on you).

unless its pre filled you must fill it. if it was pre filled do like huffle said and just blow it out some. avoid getting juice in the center tube area..if you do blow it out on a paper towel.

Yeah, I am a little confused on that as well. What type of dual coil cart did you buy? Mine are empty (blank) and I fill myself. Did you order pre filled? If not you would have to fill them or you would just be vaping polyfill, and that would be nasty.

Yeah, I'm totally confused. I've never heard of a pre-filled dcc and if they weren't pre-filled of course you're supposed to fill them to use them.

Hello all, and thank you for your replies! I guess I didn't know that I got it in the center hole. Now I know why people use a syringe to fill it. I ordered them blank with a tank. I finally just added juice to the tank and let it fill the polyfil. It is awesome now!

Okay, that makes sense. You probably got it overfilled, just blow it out a bit and you can still use it.

Oh, Ok that makes since now, I do fill the Dual Coil Carts on the first fill then put them in my tank then fill the tank. Yeah, just make sure you blow out the center hole. I use a syringe for the first fill but still manage to overfill.

Actually, going on the advice of an experienced vaper, I found that on the first filling, overfilling it then waiting a bit then removing the excess with a syringe then finally blowing out the center tube & cleaning the battery contact area works very well. After that just top it off.

I would assume it is ok, since the manufacture is the one that recommended that I use a DCC with my PP10440. I have been vaping it since I started this post, and all seems ok. Lets see how long I can make it last on a 10440 though
